"I'm not safe here if you can't sort your shit. I will leave if I have to. If you can't protect me I'll go somewhere I can stay safe." Ariella strode over to the bed.

Amyntas flinches, going silent.

"So what do you want to do?" Ariella asked. "Do you want to protect me? Or do you want to keep this to yourself? You can't have both."

Amyntas whines, “But what if someone finds out?!”

"And how will they? No one beyond this door will know." Ariella promised him. "No one. We'll get through this together. Just you and me."

Amyntas bites his lip.

"So what is it going to be? Will you talk?"

Amyntas shudders. “I- but- he could find out-“

"How can he if no one else knows other than us?" Ariella sat back on the bed.

Amyntas looks at her. “Someone could overhear…or he could find out-“

"Then lets go somewhere no one can." Ariella reached out her hand.

He looks at her hand, pausing. He then takes it, giving her the little trust he has left.

"This is your home, what do you suggest?" She asked, looking up at him.

Amyntas bites his lip. He never felt safe anywhere now. He had nowhere to go. He looks away.

Ariella though for a moment. "I have an idea, come on."

Amyntas looks at her, biting his lip. He stands, nodding despite his urge to say no.

Ariella held out her hand for him to take. "Come on. It'll be alright."

Amyntas takes her hand, silent.

Ariella opened the door from his bedroom and walked out in the hall. She was silent for a bit as they walked through the halls and climbed flights of stairs. Finally she came to the astronomy tower. It was day still so it should be empty. After checking to make sure no one was up there with them, she gestured for him to walk in first.

Amyntas hesitates, then takes a step in.

Ariella closed and locked the door behind them. "See, no one is here. No one will hear us."

Amyntas fidgets, looking around.

Ariella found a chair ti sit down in. "Come, talk to me please."

Amyntas bites his lip, standing by the door.

Ariella waved him over. "Come on, it's alright."

Amyntas presses himself to the door. “I…wanna stay right here…”

She nodded her head. "Okah, stay there. But talk to me."

Amyntas shifts. “What…do I talk about…? What do I start with…” He mutters.

"Start at the beginning. We'll go from there."

Amyntas bites his lip.
