Clara smiles and nods in agreement to his words. “Yeah, definitely” she hummed softly, shifting and looking through their stuff. “We can’t really pack any of the jewelry, but we can pack some other things” she hummed
She stopped also and nodded her head. “You’re right…we’ve just got to make sure nothing bad happens…” she hummed softly, shifting and glancing up at Alexis. “Come on…our bags are right up there”
"Well, that's true, but we can get other important stuff." He grabbed two bags and handed one to Clara. He looked through his stuff, deciding what to pack and what to leave behind.
Alexis nods as she runs to the bush where they hid their backpacks behind. She takes out Charity's and hands it to her. She then grabs hers and opens it. "I think I also have a change of clothes and an extra hoodie in here," she says as she looks through it. "Yep, as I thought, here they are." She closes the bag and puts it on. "We gotta hurry. We don't anyone seeing us with these. I know they have backpacks, but they're quite different from our time."
Clara nodded, taking her own pack with a small thank you and going to see what personal things she could pack with her. She hummed, her mind filled with thoughts of the future
Chairty looked through her bag, finding the extra clothes and her schoolwork, before also finding the calculator they’d need to get back home. “You’re right. Let’s go” she whispered softly.
Ten grabbed some clothes and stuffed them into the bag, before choosing some other stuff to pack too. He was quite happy that they were going to get another chance in life. It was an opportunity that was quite rare to see in life.
Alexis walked as fast as she could, and when she thought she saw someone, she would hide behind something. It was almost like if she was some sort of secret agent. "I thought you didn't want to mess with the timeline," Alexis said, once they were a couple of feet away from the house.
“Can you believe we’re going to get a second chance?” Clara spoke up after a few minutes, smiling and shifting her backpack as she zipped it up
Chairty glanced over before looking back down at the ground. “It wouldn’t change much…next week they’ll get killed by the police”
"I can, but at the same time, I can't! It's like if this is all a dream. And if it is, I don't want to ever wake up." He said with a smile as he closed his backpack. "Now, all we need is that plan and of course, wait till the girls get back."
"I see you've gotten attached to them. I can't blame you. I've gotten attached to them too. Even if we just met them an hour ago." She sighed and opened the door of the house and entered. "We're back!"
Clara chuckles softly and nodded her head, glancing up at the girls and hummed softly. “Hey! So how are we going to fake out deaths?”
Chairty walked in beside Alexis. “Before we do that, we should get you guys changed into clothes from our generation” she hummed
Alexis nodded as she put her backpack on the ground and took out a hoodie and the extra clothes. "This can be used by a female or a male. It doesn't really matter who uses it." She said as she handed the clothes to Clara and Ten.
Charity shifts, pulling out her own clothes. "All I have is a dress so that would be better for you, Clara…" She hummed softly. "Here, I'll help you get into it and see if I need to change anything about the size" she smiles softly
(sorry for not responding earlier)
"Well then, I guess the other clothes is going to be for Ten," she said with a slight hum. "Alright go change into these new clothes and then come back. I'll be able to adjust some things then."
Ten nodded, grabbed the clothes, and then disappeared into another room to change.
(It's okay!)
Clara and Charity disappeared for Charity could help Clara into the dress and zip it up for her, as well as fix a few parts of the dress to fit the older girl better
Ten came out and Alexis looked up from her backpack. She looked at Ten, surprised. The clothes seemed to fit him perfectly. Sure, the clothes were a bit large, but it fit him. "Damn, man. You're quite skinny. I wasn't expecting it to actually fit you."
"I actually like it. It's not as bad as I thought it would be," Ten said as he looked at the clothes he was wearing. "Thanks, Alexis."
A few moments later charity walked out, followed by Clara. "We're ready." She hummed softly and simply, giving Alexis a small smile
Clara gave Alexis a knowing look but said nothing as she walked to Ten
Alexis smiled back and then looked at Clara, a bit confused, but shrugged. "Nice. Okay, so now let's move to what's really important. How to fake your deaths." She looked at Charity. "Got any ideas? Or have you already formulated a plan?"
"I've…I've thought of something" she hummed softly. "You're super good at art, right? I've seen some of your projects in art class, they look super real"
Alexis laughed nervously but nodded either way. "Why do you ask? You want me to draw a human-sized picture of the both of them, or something?"
“Well…if we’re gonna disappear before they’re presumed dead. We need to make it look like their bodies are here. But we could also make it look like they were killed in the cabin and then dragged away?”
Alexis nodded. "So…like a track of blood coming from inside the cabin and reaching outside to a certain point?" She asked. "Do you think that'd work?"
Charity smiles and nodded her head quickly, humming. “Yeah! Do you think you could do that?” SHe asked softly, tilting her head softly
Alexis nodded with a smile. "Of course I can! All I need is some ingredients to make it look like real blood. Not exactly sure if they have food coloring yet, though….and I'm not exactly sure how easy it would be to get corn starch. Hm…" She looked at Ten and Clara. "I'm sure we can find what I need at the market….meaning me and Charity are gonna have to go shopping. Think you guys can stay here for a bit while we go buy what we need?"
Ten nodded as he looked at Clara. "Anything to fake our deaths. And of course, anything to help you girls. You've helped us so much, this is the least we can do to help out."
Charity shifts and nodded her head softly, fixing the backpack on her back silently and smiling to Ten and Clara. “We’ll try to be back as quick as possible. Give us an hour or so, if that’s alright” she spoke softly as she looked at Alexis
"We'll try to be back as soon as possible." She turned around and made her way to the exit of the house. Before she left, she turned back around. "And please don't cause any trouble. I don't want to bail you out of jail any time soon." She let out a small laugh as Ten and Clara rolled their eyes at her. She turned to look at Charity and smiled. "Alright, let's do this!"
Charity smiles shyly but chuckles at Alexis’ words. “How is it that we’ve never talked before but this time travel trip has just-…brought us super close?” She asked softly
Alexis smiled as well, shrugging as they walked. "I don't know, but…" She paused, looking around. "I just know I'm extremely lucky to meet someone like you. You're really…a good friend. Not only to me but to Ten and Clara." She hummed, as she twirled a strand of hair around her finger. "When we get home, we're gonna have to give them new names. How about….Timothy and Celeste?"
(I’m so sorry I haven’t been on here in a long time)
She smiles shyly at the Alexis’ words and hummed, tucking strands of her own hair behind her ears. The natural curls bounced softly as she bounced on her toes and chuckles. “Maybe! I think that sounds too close to their names though…they’ve gotta be different”
(it's fine)
"Hm, I suppose you're right." She hummed as she played with her hair and then stopped. "Pandora..sounds like a nice name for Clara. And I think it suits her. But what about for Ten? Maybe something like Jonathan, or James?"
(Wow I take more mental health breaks than I thought-
Also I love your profile pic and name!)
“For Ten? How about-…Rain? That way they both have some pretty unique names.” She hummed softly, licking her lips in thought as she held her backpack close. “Do you want to put your glass unicorn in here? I have a box it’ll fit in.” She offered softly as they got back to the run-down house
(Oh, it's perfectly fine. And also, thank you!)
"Rain," Alexis repeated, a smile creeping onto her face. She had to admit that it was a pretty name, and pretty gender-neutral name, so there was no problem with it being too girly as some would think. "Yeah, I like that name. And I bet Ten would absolutely love it." She stopped in her tracks and tilted her head to the side when she heard Charity's offer. "I-I… would appreciate that. Thank you." She responded with a soft smile of her own.
Charity made a small little noise and nodded his head, pressing her lips together and digging through her backpack before she pulled out a small box that looked like it would normally hold a ring. "Here you go! This will keep is nice and safe, that way it doesn't break when we travel back through time." She hummed before smiling. "Clara and Ten? Nah, Rain and Pandora." She giggles softly at the little joke as she watched Alexis
She smiled at Charity as she placed her little figurine in the small box. She closed the box and gave it a small pat and then looked up at her. "Unique names for unique people. Come on, we should get going. We don't want to leave our friends in that house for too long."
