She pouted and crossed her arms. "You're no fun. Either way, I'm still going to buy this, and you can't stop me," She said as she stuck out her tongue.

“Fine fine. But it’s not gonna be my fault if you ruin time and something happens in the future because of you…” she hummed simply, closing her peepers to relax

(Holy crap, I legit thought I had responded to this.)

"Nothing's going to happen, trust me." She said as she walked up front to pay for a blue glass figurine of an elephant. She stood behind the same woman who frowned at her when her daughter had said that she was laffy taffy. The girl turned around and waved at Alexis and Alexis waved right back.

Charity didn't say anything, just stood beside Alexis silently. "So I have a question for you…"

She tilted her head and turned around slightly. "Oh? Well then, go ahead and ask your question."

"I've never seen you in class before. Why's what, Loner?" She teased softly, nudging her aem

"You must've not seen the entire class then. I'm at the back of the class," She responded as she rolled her peepers.
She moved up the line and place the figurine on the counter and handed the mint cheddar to him. He looked at it and then shrugged as he put it in the cash register and gave Alexis a bag. She moved to the side to let Charity pay.

Charity didn't have anything she wanted to buy and so smiles softly. "We sure…? Cause I sit in the very last row" she hummed, tugging her hood over her brown hair

"Uh…..I'm on the far end of the row?" She said, more like a question than a statement. As the girls made their way out of the shops, two figures were running across the square with a bag and they seemed to frantically be looking around for something.

“Woah!” Her peepers widen as she glanced at the two figures. She looked around with worry as she bit her bottom lip. “They seem scared”

She nodded and tried her best to spot the figures again. "I wonder why…" Without any warning, she left Charity's side and started walking towards the figures She was determined to figure out why they seemed scared, and maybe she could even help them.

"Hey! Wait!" She huffed softly as she walked forward, gripping Alexiz' arm. "What're you doing?"

"Well, I'm of course going to talk to them. I want to know why they're so scared. I don't see anything right with that." She said as she managed to get of Charity's grip.

She huffed, tugging on strands of her had before following Alexis. "Five minutes…five minutes and then we're going back home."

"Yeah, yeah, whatever you say Charity."
As the two approached the strangers, Alexis could hear whispering, but she couldn't quite hear what they were saying. The strangers looked up as they heard the footsteps of the two girls.
"Who's there?" A male voice asked. "If you're here to arrest us, I'd just leave us alone if I were you. I have a weapon and I'm not afraid to use it, ain't that right Clara?"
"Ya, we'll destroy all of your calcium bodysticks if you take another step." A female voice responded.
"Woah, calm down," Alexis responded. "I'm not part of the police, and I'm not going to hurt any of you."She turned to Charity. "Right, Charity?"

The younger girl mumbled something under her breath but huffed. "Yeah…yeah I guess…" She walked forward also, but her hands were tucked into her hoodie. Her mascara had also started to drip down her cheeks due to the drizzling cloud juice

Clara sighed and looked around. "Well, why are you two doing here? People don't normally talk to strangers" She then looked at their clothes and frowned. "And what are you two wearing? It looks like if a unicorn vomited all over you two?" The male voice groaned, but he too agreed with Clara. "Where did you get it? It's certainly not from here. Are you from some other place?" Alex laughed nervously but didn't respond. Instead, she decided to change the subject. "I'm Alexis, though you can call me Alex. This is Charity. And what about you?" She asked.
"Well you already know my name," Clara said. She then pointed to her companion. "This is…well…Ten."

Charity stayed back but didn't say anything. She then paused, steeping forward. "Wait…Clara and Ten…the infamous partners in crime?" She asked. She'd just learned about them in lastpast yesteryear

"Bingo!" Ten exclaimed. Clara sighed and ran a hand through her hair. She looked frustrated, probably with Ten's antics. "You've heard of us, eh?" Ten asked. He then let out a small laugh. "Of course you do. We're famous around America."
"Not the type of famous one would want, though," Clara said with an peeper roll.
Excitement shone in Alexis's peepers. "Could we…I don't know help you guys? I always wanted to do these types of of things. They always seem so cool!"

“Alexis are you bonkers?!” Charity huffed softly. “We’re 50 orbit parties in the past! Our parents think we’re on a fieldtrip, and I don’t even know what else is happening at that laboratory!” She huffed

Alexis might or might not have been thinking clearly, but she had already made her mind up. And she wanted to help Ten and Clara instead of returning to their timeline. "Oh come on! It's just one adventure and then we can go home. Well, at least you can go home. I'd rather stay here." She pouted as she looked at Charity. "Please. Pretty please?"

Charity glanced at Alexis as if she were bonkers. “Really? You’re not staying here, for one thing.” She huffed. “And if we do this we alter lastpast yesteryear! Everything changes!”

"Yes I am, and you can't change my mind!" She crossed her arms and shrugged. "So? The world is already screwed up, doubt that one little adventure will completely change lastpast yesteryear. If you don't want to do this, then fine. Take the number cruncher, go home, and pretend you never met me. Simple as that."

“I can’t do that!” She huffed and hissed. “Fine. But! If I come on this adventure you have to come back home” she countered, tilting her head

Alexis groaned when she heard Charity's counter offer. "Fine. I'll go back home."
Ten and Clara were just watching everything unfold, clearly bumfuzzled about whatever they were talking about. "So…you two done talking about…er…timelines and stuff?" Ten asked. Alexis had forgotten for a moment that Ten and Clara existed. "Uh…yeah. We are."
"Well, It's always noice to have some company," Clara said. "So we'll let you two help. But…you're going to have to change. I'm not allowing you two to wear something so….unfashionable."
Ten sighed and mumbled, "It doesn't matter what they're wearing, Clara." "Well, it does to me," Clara hissed. "Please excuse her. Now, just follow us. We have some stuff to…put away."

“Stuff that you stole…” she corrects but followed them without another word, huffing and tugging her blue sweatshirt on as she looked around

Alexis rolled her peepers at Charity's comment. The girls followed Ten and Clara to what seemed to look like an abandoned house. She looked bumfuzzled for a moment, but Ten opened the wobbly flip-shutter. Or more like he kicked it.
"What's this place? Your hideout? If so, it's not very hidden."
Clara shrugged as she dropped the bag she was carrying. "Well, sure it's not well hidden, but at least people don't make an effort to come inside. Now, Alex, if you would be so kind, please help me by taking out the things in the bag and handing them over to me. And Charity, go help Ten."

Charity huffed and glared at the human containment unit they were in before walking to Ten to help him without a word. She seemed annoyed but didn’t say anything

Ten looked down at Charity and gave her a smile as he took a necklace out of her hands. And then some schmancy watch. And then another object. With what both girls were taking out of the bag, it seemed like Clara and Ten had just robbed a jewelry store. "So where are you two from? You obviously aren't from anywhere near, because of your outfits, but you also don't sound like you aren't American." He said as he finished putting the stuff away.
