Moxie came back with a couple of cups of punch and passed them out. “Emi are you dance at all tonight or are you just gonna music all night long?”
"Why do you ask? I don't need to dance," She said with a lazy shrug. "I was planning on it, just playing music."
Moxie smiled. “Alright fair enough.” She opened the gummies Logan had given her and ate one.
Euric wandered up to Moxie. He waved to get her attention. "What have I missed? I just got here."
Dom glanced at Eris. "Wanna dance?"
Logan continued to do his thing, munching on a bunch of snacks he had stashed in his Tardis-like jacket.
Stark looked at shade "so, let's see what you've got." She grinned
Shade grinned back, "Yeah, let's see what I've got. Wait, that made no sense."
Stark laughed "I understood you perfectly." She said and gestured to the dance floor
Shade walked over to the dance floor, "We dancing together orrr? I don't know how dances work okay?"
"Me neither, we can do our own thing if you want." She responded
"That would work better," Shade sighed gratefully.
"Good because I cannot dance so I would have Injured you." She grinned
Dom glanced at Eris. "Wanna dance?"
Eris looked up from her passionate rendition of Panic! and grinned. "When don't I?"
She grabbed his hand, twirling herself as she made her way over to the group of dancing teens.
He took her hand and started hollering out the lyrics, the fast paced dancing making his breath (and singing) rather uneven.
Kate laughed, "Great! So proximity, but not actually dancing together."
Iris smiled lightly at the others dancing around, enjoying themselves. It made her feel happy but also a bit sad. She wished she knew how to dance, but was hopelessly bad at it. That was unless it was the cha-cha slide or something.
Logan danced over to Iris, smilling wide. "Come be cringey with me!" He exclaimed, doing a weird mix between the wave and the Macarena.
Iris smiled back, but shook her head. Her anxiety tended to peak when put in a situation where she had to dance. Hence why she had never gone to dances until tonight. She really didn't know Logan very well either. He seemed really nice, but it was his request that was the real issue. "I'm okay. Thank you," she replied, just loud enough to be heard over the music.
(legit, I haven't gone to a dance since I was like really young haha)
(Legit, I've danced since I was three or four.)
Kate laughed, "Great! So proximity, but not actually dancing together."
"Of course. Then we shall snack." Stark grinned
"Yeah!" Kate smiled before swaying a little trying to get the rhythm of the song playing.
Stark watched Kate for a short while before doing a weird combination of a fortnight dance and the chicken dance
Iris laughed a bit at Stark's dance. She recognised part of it as a Fortnite dance and mentally cringed. At least it was done better than she could have. Not knowing what else to do with herself, Iris stood to go and get herself a cup of punch.
Stark looked at Iris and grinned, waving at her before doing a horrible twirl
Mystic watched the odd dancing in confusion still chowing down cheezits, “Geez what a bunch of dorks.” She said good naturedly.
Kate started a weird mixture of ballet, figurting skating, and hip hop. It kind of worked though.
Euric walked up to Logan and the other people doing weird dances. "Hey kids, want some fundip?" He asked while pulling out a few of the green and red bags of candy from his pocket and extending his arm a bit away from his body, being very inconspicuous.
Iris felt weary of Euric's offer, despite not being directly next to him. It could be drugged for heaven's sakes. Then again, so could the punch she had in her hand. Not very thirsty anymore, she took a seat at a nearby table, enjoying the music.
