"honestly I might. I have a ton of things not sure exactly what." Calix replied then walked over to one of the boxes and looked through it.
"honestly I might. I have a ton of things not sure exactly what." Calix replied then walked over to one of the boxes and looked through it.
The girl shook her head.
“You won’t have it. It only exists in my home dimension.”
"alright then. Want anything else?"
Firiko watched her from the rafters, not really caring too much as he settled back, a loose feather coming out to flutter down to the floor.
The Feather lands on the girl’s shoulder, and she startles, looking up at the (person? Bird? Both? Not sure what your character is) in the rafters.
(Winged Wolf, fairly large.)
Firiko looks down at her silently, "Did you wan't something?" he asked.
The girl shakes her head, fear momentarily entering her eyes. She looks back down at her hands, but then looks up again at the sound of the door creaking open. A fox pads in confidently, sniffing the air. It looks like a normal fox, but there is a glimmer of intelligence in its eyes. The girl perks up and throws back her hood. The fox smiles, though it looks extremely creepy on a fox face, and runs over to her, jumping into her lap and licking her face once. The purple eyed girl smiles, kissing the fox’s nose and hugging him close.
Firiko sighed, "Why?"
"Cause you're unnatural" said Damian automatically.
The fox suddenly looks up at Firiko, and snarls. It clambers out of the girls lap, and suddenly morphs into an athletic looking man with orange hair and green eyes. He puts a hand protectively on the girls shoulder, eyeing the other people in the room.
The girl snaps her attention to Firiko again.
“You’re a w….no, your a shifter. Never mind.” She looks back down, but then cries out in pain. The man who was previously a fox looks at her in horror, and immediately picks her up, holding her in her arms as her body shudders in pain. She cries into his shoulder.
“Oh no, it’s begun. Is there anyone here who is a doctor?” He holds her as her skin begins to turn black and scaly, and wings begin to grow out of her back, but the girl forcefully stops the shift, and returns to normal, though she is still screaming and crying from pain.
Firiko warped down watching with concern. "I dont think we have any here…." he said… "whats wrong with her?"
The man shook his head.
“No time to explain. Can any of you set up a bed or a soft place to put her once I come back?” Without waiting for an answer, the man rushes out of the tavern, still holding the girl in his arms. After a few heartbeats, the people still inside hear a ferocious roar of pain, made by something huge. A dark shadow looms outside the building.
Calix nods and pulls out some blankets and stuff for a soft spot.
The screaming continues, but now it is much louder and slightly lower pitched, almost causing an earthquake. A glass falls and shatters on the ground.
(ah, that's new. I'm supposed to be a doctor but pfft)
(bump)
Runner pushed open the door, poking his head through the opening and looking around before walking in. He wore a black hoodie with the word "Clemson" written in bolded orange lettering on the front, with a pair of jeans and shoes. The weirdest part about his was the fact that he held a cast iron skillet in his left hand, leaning slightly because of the weight. While he gave off no magic himself, there was something odd about his that was hard to pin down. Like he knew something no one else did.
"Hello." Calix said the guy as he finished up then went back to one of the boxes and emptied it out. "Would you like a drink. Or are you just hanging out here like everyone else." Calix said looking around the room.
(Does Calix have any magical abilities? Runner typically reads the magic off of someone and tell them what they can do)
(Yeah, he is an angel. has some basic angel magicy stuff.)
Runner stared at Calix for a moment, his hazel eyes flashing slightly. "Something holy. Very regal, very ancient, very powerful…an angel?" He tilted his head, for he wasn't 100% sure of the energy he was getting off of him.
Calix tossed a box across the room and nodded his head. Then he walked to the bar and went behind the counter. "Want anything to drink?"
"Yeah, actually. Got, like, a Coke?" He asked, sitting down at the bar.
"Probably." He said then looked around and then grabbed a coke and handed it to the guy. "There you go."
"Thanks." He unscrewed the plastic cap, took a small skip, then returned the lid back to its spot.
Calix nodded then reorganized the cups.
"You asked if I came here to just hang out. Is that a usual thing?"
"Well, yeah. Half of the people here have ordered only water. Many people just chat."
"Huh. I'd probably order something a little stronger if I was of age. Seems little disrespectful otherwise."
Firiko studied the new guy from the rafters, rolling his eyes as his large red feathered wings hung down a little.
Damian sighed, his was playing with a wisp of shadow, thinking about what to do next.
(Both are half human half wolf, and Firiko has wings, both are in human form, Damian has dark hair, Firiko has red hair, Firiko is a fire, spirit and harmony/light element. Damian is a shadow element.)
