IT DOES AND I HATE IT. I DO IT AT NIGHT, I'LL COME UP WITH THEM AND THEN IN THE MORNING THEYRE GONE

ALMOST EVERY TIME!! I have to write it down immediately or I'll forget it. That's why I carry paper everywhere.

YES, all the time, hence i own like 5 notebooks and i stash them everywhere just in case. I also record things on my phone if i can
