"Then you really don't have to tell me. It's fine, honestly." Phoenix shrugged, grabbing one of the extra little pieces to add to his car. "It's your turn, by the way." He told her, not seeming phased by any of their conversation.
"Oh, okay," Cicada went to take her turn. She hummed a little as she did so before leaning back on her hand, "Anywaaaay this is kind of fun I guess."
"You getting bored?" Phoenix asked with a light hum. "If you have a different idea, I'm all ears." Shrugging a bit, he waited to take his turn until she told him what she wanted to do. This wasn't the most 'exciting' thing in the world.
“This getting boring, but I don’t have any better ideas at the moment,” Cicada replied looking over at him. At least she didn’t have any ‘legal’ or non drinking related at the moment. After what happened outside her dorm she didn’t want to force him to drink even for a game, “What about you?”
"I don't exactly have any ideas. But that doesn't surprise me." Phoenix shrugged a little, finishing off his drink. "Though, what does surprise me, is that you don't have any ideas. Is you brain foggy from the alcohol or something?" He asked lightly, getting up. The whiskey he had, wasn't half bad. In all honesty, he kind of wanted more.
"Nah, just all my ideas are either illegal or involve a drinking type of game," Cicada responded before taking a big gulp of whiskey. She smiled a little seeing him reach for the whiskey and handed him the bottle, "So if you're okay with doing something like that then I have ideas."
"Well, wasn't the purpose of tonight to find my so-called, wild side?" Phoenix asked her, pouring a little more into his cup. "At least tell me what you're thinking. I'll let you know if I'm not comfortable with anything."
"Okay," Cicada took the whiskey back and put it on the little table next to her, "We can do Never-Have-I-Ever or, ooooor… I don't know. That's all I got. Huh, maybe I am drunker than I thought."
"That sounds pretty basic to me. I'm assuming there's a catch to it, this time?" Phoenix asked her in a light tone. He sipped from his plastic cup, looking over the brim at her. "Or did you really just want to play, Never-Have-I-Ever?"
"Yeah, instead of putting fingers down you take a shot," Cicada replied reaching for her makeshift shot glasses and the whiskey, "That's the catch, I guess. Also, it's a fun game at parties, most of the time."
"I thought you said this wasn't a party." Phoenix teased with a little smirk. "But alright, we'll see how long I last. What are we drinking?" He asked, seeming much looser then when he had got here. The couple of drinks hadn't been so bad.
"It isn't, but that's where the game is typically played," Cicada responded finishing up her cup of whiskey. She looked over at him with a smile, "We can do whiskey or vodka. Your choice."
Glancing over at her, he finished off his own cup. "Might as well start with what we have open. If we finish it, we can get the vodka out." Phoenix hummed as a strange buzz feeling over took him. His smile was a little brighter, as he leaned in a little. "Makes the most sense to me."
"Alright!" Cicada cheered as she smiled at him happily. There was a light blush to her face probably from the alcohol. She blamed the alcohol, "Soooo do you want to go first or should I?"
"Mm, you first." He hummed a little, starting to clear the Life board to put away. "Though careful what you chose to use against me. I can cut pretty low, in a game like this." Phoenix hummed, putting the lid on the box.
"Okay, never have I ever had a penis," Cicada started with a smirk over at him offering him a shot of whiskey. She may be drunk, but she was going to fight dirty if need be.
"Looks like we're both cutting low." Phoenix sighed, taking the shot. Taking it all in one sip, he set aside the empty shot. "Never have I ever physically hurt someone."
Cicada poured her own shot as she sighed. She took it down in one big gulp before setting it aside, "Oh that one was low. Never have I ever stayed in one place for more than 11 years."
Sticking his tongue out at her, taking another shot. "I know how to play cheap. Don't underestimate me." Phoenix hummed before swallowing the whiskey. "You know. I should have gone first. That was really stupid on my part." He mumbled as he thought. "Never have I ever been a relationship."
"It kind of was," Cicada laughed as she took another shot. She hummed a little as she thought up another question, "Never have I ever had a sibling."
"Is there actually a winner to this? Because I'm not keeping track." Phoenix admitted, as he reached out for another one. With his third shot, he started to feel a little dizzy. "Never have I ever been an only child."
Cicada chugged another shot the alcohol finally getting to her head even more so than earlier. She hadn't even hit the vodka, but the whiskey and beer was doing plenty, "Nah, I don't think so at least. Anywayyy, never have I ever gotten a C."
Phoenix huffed indignantly, picking up another shot glass. "That's just hurtful." He joked, taking a decent gulp of the drink. "Never have I ever been to an actual bar."
Cicada took another shot as her cheeks really started to go red. She hummed a little as she swirled her next presumed shot and also the last of that bottle of whiskey, "Booo, never have I ever seen numbers above someone else's head."
"Oh come on, that's not fair." Phoenix muttered, sticking his tongue out at her. "That's not even a normal thing to cheat with." Mumbling still, he took another shot before sucking in a deep breath. "Should we get the vodka out?"
