"Well, there was an advanced study, but I never bothered looking into your files. Humans are hardly a significant species, in retrospect, they should have been wiped out ages ago." Suri told him

@ElderGod-Carrots

Kyle rolled his eyes, "Thanks for that. I knew I was insignificant but you just confirmed my suspicious." He muttered the last part and sighed through his nose.

"Well, you can't expect that your species would actually evolve into anything remotely civilis-Suri, why are we wasting time on it? You have a meeting with Parliment in half a span, and you can't miss it. Let's just shove the thing back into stasis and forget the whole mess." Rodan snapped. Suri glared at the woman and, despite being shorter, cast a looming effect over her. "Rodan, you will show some respect, or I will have you demoted. It's my choice to take care of the poor creature, I'd like you to respect that." she said coldly.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Kyle snorted, "Jesus Christ! I am not an it and I am not some poor creature either! And if I'm so insignificant to this universe then just kill me already! Is it that hard to do so? I don't give a damn if I'm the last human ever, it's not like I'm actually going to like my life on another alien planet anyway knowing everything I ever worked for in my life has been destroyed! And if not now then I'll be dead sooner or later so why not bring that process forward, huh? Then I get what I want and you don't have some mess to clean up!"

"Think of it as a clean slate. And while you may not see the reasoning behind preserving the last member of a unique species, most don't either way, so you're just as average as I'd assumed you were." Suri sniffed, her time becoming broken and upset.

@ElderGod-Carrots

"Don't imply that my kind is insignificant and then say we're unique. Sorry, I'm unique since there's none of my kind left!" Kyle shook his head with a small laugh, "If I didn't feel alone before then I definitely do now. Why don't you just do what she said," Pointing to Rodan, "The stasis thing? That why I can forget I'm so alone out here."

Deleted user

"Actually, if we used the Dispersal Chamber on him, the matter would be solved quite quickly. Suri, he hardly affected history at all, why don't we just-" Suri's eyes flashed red, then returned to normal. "Absolutely not. We aren't going to kill him, we aren't going to get rid of him, we're going to make the best out of a terrible situation. Kai's friends, relatives, they're all dead right now. Everyone who ever cared, gone. So I'm going to try and care enough to mend that hole at least a little and try to help at least one person in my pitiful excuse of an existence, alright?" she asked, breathing hard. Rodan was shocked, but quickly regained her composure. "I understand, Madame Imperial. Remember, the meeting is in half a span." she said, tapping in a code on the keypad in the wall and teleporting away.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Kyle watched Rodan go just staring at the spot where she was once before he looked down at sat, "The hole's too big to fix, you know?" He said eventually, though he still didn't look at Suri, "No matter how much you might try, it will stay the same. Trust me, I've tried…" He swallowed, "Maybe I deserve this… to be alone forever…"

Deleted user

"Nobody deserves to be alone. Come on, this is no place to chat." she said, grabbing Kai's wrist and pulling him towards the teleport. Seconds later, they were in a comfortable sitting room decorated in purple and white and gold, with rounded seats at the edges of the room and a large window giving away a stunning view of the city below, all tall spiraling buildings and bright lights. "Sit down, make yourself comfortable. Would you like anything to drink?" she asked.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Kyle shook his head, "No. Thank-you." He replied quietly, walking over to the window to admire the view, "It reminds me of New York… Only better." Despite himself, Kyle smiled the slightest bit.

Deleted user

"It's quite a boring place, really." she watched as a hovercraft sped past the window like a bullet. "Just a bunch of politics and pointless squabbles. If only… well, I'm sure you don't need to hear about my troubles." she chuckled.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Kyle shrugged a shoulder, "I don't mind. I guess since I'm going to be here for a while you may as well tell me. Gives me something to think about other then the death of my planet." He get his gaze on the world outside, eyes examining every little detail with lots of curiosity.

Deleted user

"It's nothing, really. Why don't you tell me a bit more about yourself then?" Suri asked, leaning forward slightly.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Kyle sighed, "There's not much to tell. I'm twenty, was homeless until I was fifteen. Got bullied in high school and ended up with a few mental health issues and I was studying forensic science in university."

Deleted user

"That's considerably more interesting than my life. Really, in 180 years, you'd think at least something interesting would happen, but no-o. Boring bores and did I mention boringness?" she rolled her eyes.

@ElderGod-Carrots

"You're 180?" Kyle raised an eyebrow at her, "You're looking good on it." He turned back to the window, "How can this place be boring though? And you rule it? That's amazing."

Deleted user

"I'm basically just a kid, really. And 'rule' is an overstatement. More like 'have to deal with the bureaucratic nightmare of the courts daily'. And trust me, it can be. Just paradoxes, trying to stop idiots from unravelling reality, the usual. It must have been so exotic on your planet." Suri said flatly.

@ElderGod-Carrots

Kyle chuckled, "It really wasn't. But, feel free to ask questions and I'll do my best to answer." He gave Suri a small smile before going to sit down on one of the seats.

"What sort of life was there? And what did people do every day? Do you have trees, because there aren't very many here, I haven't ever seen one but I've heard they're gorgeous, and can you tell me what clouds look like? I know the theory, but all weather is controlled here so I haven't gotten the chance to see one. Oh, oh, and what's a 'dog'? It was mentioned in one of the files, but I couldn't find much of anything to tell me about them. Sorry I keep rambling on, I just have met anyone from other civilisations before so this is all kind of new." Suri admitted, tilting on her heels.

@ElderGod-Carrots

"It's fine. Well, most people from the ages of 5 to 24 go to school which is separated into different types. They study for a job and work for the rest of their lives pretty much. Yes, we have tress, lots of them but they're currently getting cut down and made into paper which is causing deforestation and that's an issue," Kyle sighed, "Clouds are white and fluffy and float up in the sky. And a dog is a pet. A small creature with fur and are 'man's best friend.' You train them and they do what you want. They're so cute, most of them, pugs are weird looking. And… life. Depends on what you mean. Like, flora and fauna or how people live?"

Deleted user

"Anything, really. Whatever takes to your fancy." she said happily.

@ElderGod-Carrots

"Well, there's lots of different types of flora, or plant life. Different trees, flowers, herbs, vegetables, fruits. Same goes for fauna, or animals. Different animals live in different climates and countries. Like, zebras and lions are found in Africa because of the hotter climate, they wouldn't be able to live in a place like South America for example because it's more of a rain forest climate," He explained, shrugging, "Same goes for flora."

Deleted user

"That's amazing! I really wish people were allowed to visit other planets freely, rather than everything being restricted and all." Suri said.
