"Of course. Let's get you somewhere cozy, alright? Away from them so they can't hurt you," Shiroka said softly, resting his chin on Oliver's head as he hugged him close

Oliver nodded a little, hiding his face in Shiroka's chest as he snuggled into him closer. After a moment, he pulled away a little so they could actually find somewhere private.

Eventually, Shiroka led them back to their spot at the pond from before, smiling sweetly as he gently tugged Oliver to sit beside him. He still kept at least an arm around him, not wanting to let him go

Oliver leaned against Shiroka, sighing softly as he did so. He'd calmed down considerably and was no longer on the verge of a panic attack, "Shiroka? What were you going to tell me before?" He asked quietly, "B-before… you know…"

"Hm? Oh, ah…I got you some candies from the marketplace for you, since we hadn't seen each other in a little while," Shiroka said, gently plucking the box from where he originally had it in his pocket. It was a little squished now, but the candies inside were still fine

Oliver's eyes widened just a little and he blushed, "Y-You didn't have to do that… now I feel bad because I didn't get you anything." He looked from the box to Shiroka then back to the box, still a little hesitant to take it.

"It's alright, really," Shiroka insisted, smiling sweetly at the other. "It's my treat. Besides, I think you need it after having to deal with those irritants," he chuckled

Oliver let out a soft giggle, gently taking the box, “Fair point. Thank you again… for helping me back there…”

"Of course," Shiroka said sweetly, gently ruffling Oliver's hair a little. "I would have wanted someone to do the same for me if I was in that situation."

Oliver blushed just a tad, looking down at his lap with a soft sigh, "I-I'm used to it at this point… I have no doubt th-they'll do it again when they know you're not around…"
