Vivian nods her head in agreement. Without another word, she heads in the direction that they had been going. She can't wait for this to be over with.

Nils begins again. His left shoulder aches. This time he just thinks it’s because of the odd growths on his shoulder. Though they don’t seem to be harmful.

Ahead of them, the corridor continues by turning, but there’s an opening which leads to the stairs. One staircase goes further down, while the other goes up. While the lights in the bunker were turned on, it seems that the lower staircase seemed to vanish into the darkness. Maybe the lights down there weren’t functioning. However, above where they were going were functioning, so that was good, at least.

Although, Nils never knew of any lower floors than this floor. How big was this bunker, exactly?
