Halo grunts in his sleep, but after noticing his brother was gone he sat up sleepily. "Alto?"

Alto didn’t hear his brother, working frantically on his homework before he had to leave for school.

Halo stretched and winced before taking his meds. He sighs softly before standing.

Alto finished his homework a couple minutes later and went to get dressed quickly, smiling at Halo as he passed his room.

Halo smiled at his brother when he passed, but his smile faltered when he was gone. He worried he was becoming a burden. Alto had a life of his own. Halo puts his leg braces on before walking out into the kitchen and whipping up a quick breakfast and lunch for Alto to take with him.

Alto ran back out of his room and grabbed his bag. He gave Halo a quick hug and kiss on the forehead. “I have to go sorry. I’ll come home at six I promise!” He called as he ran out the door.

"Alto wait! You forgot your food." Halo calls, smiling a bit. "And it's alright. If Kris wants to take you onna date or something, no later then 10, understand?" He calls, chuckling weakly.

Alto ran back inside and grabbed his food, hugging Halo and standing there for a minute. “I love you..” He said quietly, catching his breath.

"I love you too." He smiles softly, hugging his brother gently. "Now get to school. You're gonna be late." He ruffles his brothers hair gently.

“Okay byeee!” Alto smiled at Halo, running out the door and making it to school as the first bell started to ring.

Halo watched him go before sighing softly and shutting the door. He cleaned up the house before starting on homeschool. The breakup with Alex, Alto being gone, and the constant loneliness made Halo feel a little depressed, sad, alone. He was happy that Alto had his own life, but he missed the old days.

Alto sighed sadly, realizing that he only had a couple classes with Kris that day, one of them being his first. He walked down the almost empty hallway to class, wishing Halo was still at school with him.

Kris glances up when Alto enters their first period. He smiled warmly at the other, waving a little.

Alto grinned and walked over to him, leaning down so he could give him a quick kiss before sitting down and pulling out his things.

Sorry about that! Needed a break from Notebook. Things have beem kinda hectic.//

Kris smiles before returning to his book happily. He jots down something and hums softly.

Alto sat quietly, his mind wandering as class went on.

The bell rang, dismissing them.

Alto got up and took Kris's hand in his. "What do we have now?"

He smiles and kisses his forehead. "History."

Alto sighed and nodded, walking by Kris’s side down the hallway.

Kris glances at him. "You alright, love?" He asks gently.
