He shook his head, annoyance coloring his face. He wasn't going to tell her anything, especially if it made him look bad. "Of course not. Unless you mean that one from my mommy. Then yes, I did."

He shook his head, annoyance coloring his face. He wasn't going to tell her anything, especially if it made him look bad. "Of course not. Unless you mean that one from my mommy. Then yes, I did."
Joanna curled her fist and crossed her arms. "Why do you have to be so difficult?" She asked in a sharp whisper. "You're going to get us caught, and I am not failing this because you are an idiot."
So she must have gotten a note, too. Arsen rolled his eyes. "I'm not going to. I can handle it. And I'm not an idiot. I just hate you so much it's hard to keep up the act. I didn't ask to spend two weeks with you, and so ya got to give me a break."
"I didn't ask either! I tried to fix this! You stormed out before even giving me a word." She hissed with a tight expression. "I don't want to be stuck with you, but if we blow this we might be stuck forever."
"Stuck where forever? I've got a rich family. They can actually afford to have a flunking kid. What about you? Where will you be?" He raised a brow. "And I thought that you didn't want to speak to me."
She dropped her expression and turned around and left. "Jerk!" She shouted before slamming her door.
"Thanks, sweetie," he said, smirking slightly at his victory. It was nice to have won, at least one time. He had a feeling that this might not always be the case, but he ignored it. Better to soak up his victory now.
Joanna flopped on her bed and dug her face in the pillows. She felt like crying, he had touched a sore subject. So while she was alone in the comfort of her bed, she could cry freely. She wouldn't have much other time while she was on mission, it was going to be a rough couple of weeks.
Arsen eyed his bags for a moment, debating taking care of them, then shrugged and dismissed the idea. Running his hand through his hair, he pulled out his phone, and started to look up the stuff that he would need. The party was in a week, and he needed to get all of the stuff ready.
After awhile Joanna pushed herself off the bed and looked in the mirror at her makeup streaked face. "Yup, that's about how I normally look." She muttered washing her face.
(Lol me)
(Do we want to do a time skip?)
(Sure! A few days later?)
(Yeah, sure.)
(Just asking, but am I going or are you? I don’t mind going, I just don’t want to post something if you are and have it be controversial.)
(Oh, it's fine, you can. Don't worry about it. I don't really have a plan…)
(XD okie)
Joanna has been up for hours getting ready for the day. Well, she hadn’t slept much at all, so she had been up since 3 am trying to entertain herself until a reasonable time. Now it was 6 am and she was sitting on a chair reading a book. “He’s so erg!” She grumbled to herself about Arsen.
Arsen lay on his bed staring at the ceiling, arms crosed behind his head. His eyes traced a long crack along the ceiling, almost losing it several times. He did this so that he didn't think about her. She was infuriating, annoying and self-absorbed.
She stopped trying to concentrate on the book and set it aside. Standing she shuffled out of her room with shoes on and walked past his door. She glanced at it and thought for a moment to tell him where she was going. But he wouldn’t care, unless she didn’t tell him. So she walked over to a table, picked up a notepad, and wrote down she was going out and where.
With a groan, he sat up, wincing as pain lanced through him. He had been practicing his stretches earlier, which he hadn't done in a while, and his lazy body had strained and protested mightily. He moved into the kitchen part of the room, staring blankly at the wall in thought.
Joanna was walking around the streets quietly. She was thinking about their mission and what they had to do. “I swear if his lips touch mine…” She groaned under her breath.
(XD someday…)
Arsen shrugged. He needed to pick some stuff up, and this was the best time to do it. He needed to buy food for the fridge, for one thing, he thought ruefully, eying the thing. He tossed his jacket on and headed outside, not even stopping to consider checking up on Joanna.
(XDD)
Joanna stuffed her hands in her pockets, wishing she had brought some form of coat. "Dang it…" She sighed picking up her pace. "It isn't too far at least."
(Boop?)
Joanna came up to the store she was headed for. She shuffled through the door and rubbed her arms to warm herself.
(Oh, sorry 'bout that. I thought I responded lol)
Arsen moved onto the crowded streets. He walked through the cold, air puffing in front of him. He passed several shops, looking randomly around. He had a week to buy things. He wasn't in a rush. He passes a store, where, unbeknownst to him, Joanna had just entered.
