“Sure you don't.” she smirked.
Sophie hummed a little, nodding. “Lord of the Rings is a great trilogy. I think we have the extended cut.”
“Sure you don't.” she smirked.
Sophie hummed a little, nodding. “Lord of the Rings is a great trilogy. I think we have the extended cut.”
He laughed, nuzzling her cheek softly.
"The extended version is the best." she agreed.
She blushed at the action but smiled.
“Yeah. It's gotten to the point where I get disappointed when I watch it on tv and know exactly what they cut out.” Sophie admitted.
He smiled happily.
"Yeah, me too." she replied. "That's why I only watch the extended editions."
She smiled back.
“Maybe we could all do a movie night sometime.” Sophie suggested.
He kissed her forehead again.
"What, you and me and Jade and Killian?" she asked.
She hummed happily at him.
“Yeah. Why not?” Sophie smiled with a shrug. “He’s the only one I know of who can keep Jade still and happy for that long. Oh, and…” she grinned wildly as she pulled out her phone. “I don't remember if I showed you this but I just love this picture.” she explained, showing Raven the picture of Jade and Killian on the couch asleep in each other's arms.
He smiled down at her.
She smiled at the photo. "I believe you did, yes."
She smiled back up at him.
“Ah, sorry.” Sophie nodded. “It’s just the only picture I have of him and the only picture of her being so relaxed.” she explained
He closed his eyes for a moment.
"Nah, it's fine. It's a cute photo."
She leaned up and kissed his cheek.
“Yeah, it is.” Sophie smiled. “Jade hates that I have this. I think she doesn't like looking… vulnerable.”
He laughed a little bit.
She nodded a little bit. "Yeah. I get that."
She smiled, loving his laugh.
Sophie hummed a little. “I mean there's nothing wrong with it, and I get being guarded but… Before she started dating him, she pulled away from any chance to be with other people besides me.”
He smiled again, kissing her cheek.
"Yeah." she said softly. "Probably just a defensive mechanism."
She hummed happily, biting her tongue to keep from saying how she felt.
“Yeah, I guess.” Sophie agreed.
He kept holding her.
She smiled a little bit.
She nuzzled into his arms.
Sophie smiled back.
He held her close, smiling softly.
She took a deep breath.
She smiled back and kissed his cheek.
“Uh, I think it's your turn to ask a question.” Sophie commented a little awkwardly.
He closed his eyes.
"Right! Sorry." she laughed a little bit. "Uhm. What's your favorite game? To play? Could be a board game, video game, whatever."
Jade curled up next to him.
“It’s ok.” Sophie smiled. “Let’s see… I like Mirrors Edge but I can't beat Jade in anything electronic. You saw I’m good at pool and darts, but I’m also pretty good at… most card games; poker, 21, stuff like that.”
He kept holding onto her.
She nodded a little bit. "Neat! I think I told you that I prefer Minecraft, because I'm a nerd like that." She laughed softly.
She smiled softly, leaning against him.
“You did. Though you said it was because you were an architect.” Sophie grinned.
He kissed her again.
"It is. I prefer creative, so that I can build." she smiled back.
She cupped the side of his face and happily returned the kiss.
“Understandable.” Sophie nodded.
