She caught the look, raising her eyebrows slightly.
She caught the look, raising her eyebrows slightly.
Sophie willed herself not to blush when she was caught. “What?” she asked innocently.
She laughed a little, smiling at Sophie.
“Alright. I guess the cat’s out of the bag, huh?” she chuckled, shaking her head. “I’m bi. Though I'm guessing Jade told you about that. Right?”
"I don't remember, maybe. I'm a lesbian, so like, it's not a problem." She laughed a little bit.
Sophie let out a small sigh and chuckled. “Well, that's a relief to know. Honestly, I sort of suspected the possibility, otherwise Jade wouldn't have suggested me taking you to dinner.”
She laughed again. "True, true."
Sophie nodded a little and smiled slightly. “Are you seeing anyone right now?”
"No, not currently. You?"
“Not seriously.” she shrugged. “I've yet to find the right person to commit to but I keep numbers.” she admitted.
"Makes sense, makes sense."
“Yeah… Jade’s called me a little promiscuous before.” she shrugged.
She shrugged a little as well. "So what?"
Sophie chuckled and shrugged. “I don't know. It was mostly before she started dating Killian and probably because I went out a lot.”
She nodded. "Yeah. I mean, even if you are, it doesn't really matter anymore, y'know? Not like you've got to marry a rich lord and have his babies or anything. Unless of course you want to, but that's different."
“I know!” Sophie laughed. “I’m not that old-fashioned.”
She laughed as well. "Well, good."
“And you’re definitely a modern woman yourself.” she smirked.
"Of course I am, what else would I be?" she replied, laughing a little.
“I don't know. I don't know you well enough to guess that yet.” she shrugged with a laugh.
She hummed for a moment. "True, true."
“Though I wouldn't mind getting the chance to.” she admitted, blushing softly.
She smiled. "Yeah, me either."
“You want my number then?” she asked, trying not to appear too eager but her smile had definitely grown.
"Sure." she got out her phone, smiling.
