"Come on you little dorks, we're almost there." She said, giggling
"Come on you little dorks, we're almost there." She said, giggling
John let Kayden go, the spritely little kid skipping away.
"I wish I could be as innocent as him," John breathed to his best friend.
"Wish you could to." She whispered back, watching the boy with a small smile
He hugged his friend's arm. John was always the physically affectionate type–hugs, platonic cuddles, hair braiding, the like.
She pat his head gently. "Come on, it's fucking cold out."
John pet go of her arm, smiling. "I guess,"
She rolled her eyes, wrapping an arm around his shoulder. "Loser."
((John: Affectionate af, hugs and cuddles for all
Lucidia: Affectionately insults everyone, still down for hugs and cuddles tho))
"Guilty," he smirked
She laughed, walking along. "You're stuff's still there, by the way."
"Awesome."
Skip?)
((Sure thing my dude))
Lucidia unlocked the front door, pushing it open. "We're here!~"
Kayden held his brother's hand as they waited at the door.
"Come on, my dads still aren't home, so we can watch bad movies and eat junk food." She said, smiling
"Cheez-its?" Kayden asked in his high pitched voice. It made John laugh.
"So many Cheez-its." She said, grinning
Kayden giggled elatedly.
"I'm gonna beat yo ass at Mario Kart," John snorted.
"Bubby!" Kayden scolded at his cursing.
"Sorry, Kaykay," John laughed apologetically.
"In your dreams, Johnny Cakes." She said, smirking.
"Whatever," he snorted.
Once inside, Kayden darted for the kitchen.
"Watch out for Nuncio!" She called after him, closing the door and kicking off her shoes
"Wha?" Kayden called back.
As if on cue, the little doggo came running out, barking excitedly.
"Aaaaaaa!!" Kayden squealed with delight. "Doggie!!!"
She laughed, making her way to the kitchen. "Nuncio, sit."
"Can I pet?" Kayden tantatively asked. John watched in the doorway with a protective smile.
"Yep!" She said, reaching down to give the dog scratches. "He's a very good boi."
