Laura huffed, figuring he was trying to make up for earlier. She wasn't letting that one slide… yet. "Right… well aren't you coming?" She asked, standing in the doorway.
Laura huffed, figuring he was trying to make up for earlier. She wasn't letting that one slide… yet. "Right… well aren't you coming?" She asked, standing in the doorway.
"um right sorry I didn't know if you wanted me to follow you." He walked hesitantly but towards the sound of her voice. Hoping to not run into anything
"Well obviously I do." Laura replied with a slightly snarky tone, grabbing his arm when he was close enough. She didn't feel like waiting for him to try and figure out where he was going. So she pulled him down the hall instead.
He was mostly grateful for her just dragging him most of the way, so he didn't have to figure it and all he had to do was stumbled and not fall.
"R-right."
When Laura came in the living room, she let him go so he could sit on the couch. The only reason she wanted him here was more for the fact she hated the idea he would be sitting there in her house, alone. If he was lying to her the whole time, and wasn't really blind, though she doubted he would, he could do some snooping. And she hated that idea. So she kept him here. "Give me a few minutes."
Nikko was clueless to what she was truly thinking and just sat down on the couch, waiting again. "Okay."
((I'm so sorry for my spread out replies, I really have been super busy.))
Laura sighed weakly, setting up the video feed. Once everything was connected, she brought the drone to one of the side windows. "I got everything hooked up, I'll tell you what I see."
((It's okay))
"Okay, is there anything else that I can do?" He asked turning his head in what he thinks is her direction.
Laura shook her head, realizing he wouldn't be able to see her. "Um, no, not really. I can't give you a job because… well, you're blind."
"Right Right…" He sighed, feeling down once more that he couldn't help. he turned to stare down at his legs even though he couldn't see them he could feel them.
Laura kept quiet as she scanned over the surrounding area, looking for anything out of the ordinary. Though she didn't see much as she looked around on her PC.
Haha pc go smash. The camera went dead, a slight move in the shadows and the drone was smashed.
(I'm sorry my responses are lack-luster, my inspiration is pretty low right now.)
Laura jumped, letting out a slight squeak in surprise. "I- um… so much for that…" She whispered, sighing weakly. "They're definitely watching the house. So we clearly have to be careful how much we plan…"
"hm? How do you know they are? Did you see them?" He asked again turning towards her once more.
"Well, they just smashed our surveillance. So, yeah." She stated simply, running a hand through her hair.
"oh dang." He winced.
"we should definitely plan quieter and less." He noted noticing how obvious it was. (Sorry no inspiration)
(I'm feeling kind of the same; do we want to skip a couple weeks maybe? When they'e come up with something, and they start bonding?)
(Sure lol)
((Sorry, got busy))
Days became weeks as the two tried to figure out what they were suppose to be doing with their current situation. Her sidekick had come over, and was there at the house with them. Laura, Nikkō, and the other young man were sitting around the living room, talking quietly. "So you think we have a chance, if we follow the plan exactly?" Laura asked the man, receiving a slight nod. "My only concern would be if they're still watching us."
(Apologises it might tAke me a while, I have no idea where to go with this)
((It's all good, I'm also really struggling.))
(hhhhhhhhhhhhhh)
(?)
(Nothing)
(Oof okay)
