"Uhh no." Ethyn said. "I already said my idea."
"Uhh no." Ethyn said. "I already said my idea."
"Are you sure?" Hosea asked, the top of his finger lightly tapping the window. "Because it sounded to me like you just named another idea. Let me make this a bit easier, what could you do to throw that helicopter off course when I take off again? They already know we're here so we have to throw them off."
Ethyn narrowed his eyes. "I think I understand." He said, hand on the door handle.
"I think you're thinking to morbid," Hosea corrected. "And you're making things a little more difficult than they need to be. Try rolling your window down."
Ethyn did so and look even more confused. "I don't have any fireworks."
"But you have fire," Kye explained, turning back around and digging through his backpack. "And I have these," he pulled out some smaller sized fireworks and a small bag of unidentifiable powder.
"Oh." Ethyn said, taking the fireworks. "Why. Why are they in there and what else is hidden in your bag?" He spent the next few seconds setting them off out the window. When he was done he slid off the seat and back onto the floor.
"Don't ask that question," Hosea laughed as they sped down the road.
"I picked them up as we went by the fireworks earlier," Kye explained. "As for this," he tossed the small bag of powder to Ethyn. "This will cause a large smoke screen when lit on fire, so if you light and throw it into the air they'll have a harder time following."
"You can always trust Kye to have so weird thing in his bag. And you never know where he gets them," Hosea shook his head.
Ethyn got hit in the face with the bag and dropped it but quickly picked it up and did what Kye said.
Kain had been quiet for a while confused by what was happening "I…What's going on?" as he asked he suddenly felt cold and started shaking
Ethyn shrugged and muttered something about trying to get some sleep. He shuffled a bit and continued sitting on the floor with his head on the seat behind him.
Kain looked around but his confusion only grew more so he grabbed his fox and held him close closing his eyes in fear of the unknown whimpering slightly
