Jane watched her.
Jane watched her.
She lifted up the crocheting needles and yarn, "Oh!" Chadine gasped. "Ms. Jane! I love it!"
Jane smiled happily. "I'm glad!"
"Where did you get these?" Chadine giggled.
"From an old friend," she answered with a beaming smile.
"Thank you so much," she set them down and hugged her close friend.
"No! No!" Pierre heard the last bloody screams of a full grown man. A man who loved his own Edonine somewhere, who had fallen in love as quickly, and died quicker.
He winced, but didn't falter, aiming and shooting, aiming and shooting… again and again and again. What else could he do?
Like every battle before, it slipped past as a panicky blur. Happening too fast and too slow, all at once..
"Thank you so much," she set them down and hugged her close friend.
Jane smiled happily and hugged Chadine back as best she could.
"Well, I figured you'd appreciate a productive pasttime," John spoke.
"Yes, yes.. thank you." Chadine spoke one last time.
Jane smiled warmly at Chadine. "You are one of my closest friends, Chadine."
"Yes'm, and I'm proud of it. I can't wait to see how a mama as yourself's gonna raise their kid to be better. Seems almost impossible," Chadine flattered her friend.
Jane blushed. "Chadine, you're too kind."
Skip?

The whole time, Pierre could scarcely take his mind off of Edonine. Was she safe? Was she hurt?
A gun went off right by his ear, and he went deaf in a pool of tinnitus.
Skip?
Sure! Baby time?
Ye
YAY!

It was midday, and John was outside tending to his horses with Chadine's help.
Jane was inside, fixing something for lunch, when a sharp pain made her gasp.
(I have no idea how to do this, so I'm winging it!)
XD that's ok! I have minimal writing experience with that too.. )
Unfortunately for her, the rest of the family was outside.
A gun went off right by his ear, and he went deaf in a pool of tinnitus.
Pierre stumbled sideways, pressing a hand to his ear and clenching his teeth against the pain.

A hand took his suit collar by the back, and shoved him down.
Pierre hit the ground and wrenched himself away, scrambling to stand.
