"Yes I know the toad, the little fucker's been messing with me when I try to relax. I don't care where you keep him. Just keep him somewhere where Orion won't throw a fit and the toad won't escape." He shifted slightly so he sunk farther down into spring with a sigh.
"Yeah, that's what I was asking. Is there like, a terrarium? Orion's saying he needs a tank the size of my dresser, and while I know little to nothing about keeping things alive, I feel like that's a bit excessive."
"Oh, that's why he sent you to me." He snapped his fingers and a terrarium and accessories appeared. "Now, unless you want to join me, please leave."
"Cool. Thanks Lucy~" Scipio put the toad in the terrarium and waved, walking off. He kept the lid on so it couldn't escape as he made his way back to his room.
Lucifer sighed and relaxed again, shaking his head. Thankfully Scipio didn't take his offer seriously, like he was afraid the other would do for a moment. Would Lucifer mind? He wasn't sure.
Does he actually want me to join him? Scipio wondered to himself, setting up the terrarium on his dresser. He threw a flower inside for the toad to eat before closing it up and putting a book on top.
Lucifer pushed the thoughts out of his head. The new servant wouldn't actually do it. No servant would. None of them were attracted to him like that. He was the devil himself.
Maybe another day, if he asks again… Scipio hummed and watched the toad angrily eat the flower. It clearly wasn't happy to be here, but Scipio didn't really care all that much.
(dangit come on)
Not happy to be here was an understatement. It chewed and chewed, but it stared at him angrily. Once it finished, it didn't move around, just glared.
(I mean I can show up if you want lol)
"Suit yourself. I'm sure you'd have more fun if you moved." Scipio started taking off his shirt when an idea came to his head. Well, he did offer…
(Ye kind of my intention lmao. I gave you an offer heheh)
The toad screeched from inside of its cage and hopped into its small thing of water, snuggling into it and almost hiding from him as he stripped. The toad didn't look amused with the small dish at all.
"Oh calm down. Stay in the damn terrarium." Scipio walked down the hall shirtless to the hot springs. "Yo, Lucy."
Lucifer glanced up, raising his eyebrows at Scipio's shirtlessness. "Hey there. You actually want to join me?" He sat up, his eyebrows raising. "You can't come in here with your clothes on, though." He glanced up at the ceiling again and shut his eyes, positive Scipio won't take it that far.
"If you insist, though usually I'd ask you to buy me dinner first." Scipio stripped and got in the hot spring as well. "So how's that weather? Hot?"
Lucifer felt his servant get in and bobbed his head up to give him a weird look. "Why'd you get in with me, huh?" He just seemed curious, not accusatory.
"Because you offered?" Scipio shrugged. "I mean, why not?" He was considerably shorter than Lucifer and the water came up almost to his shoulders.
Lucifer had sat up, so the water was to his hips again. "Because I offered. None of my servants actually take it up. Hm." He leaned back, gazing at him curiously.
"Well, my moral compass is a roulette wheel and I don't really feel shame, so why the hell not? I'm not really like most people, if you haven't noticed." Scipio grinned a bit.
Lucifer rolled his eyes and leaned back with a sigh. "Alright. Well, there's no one to go crying to if you see something you don't want to, so don't complain."
"We're both naked Lucy. I really don't care." Scipio said simply, settling into the hot water.
"Mhm." He yawned and stretched out, relaxing again. Was he surprised that Scipio joined him? Well, yes, but he'd had his fair share in situations like this. He didn't expect it to go any farther than this, so he was a-okay.
"So, what's it like down here in hell? You hear plenty of stories, but as of now, it doesn't seem half bad." Scipio yawned a bit.
"It's not that bad. It's just to scare a lot of goodie-two shoes humans from coming down here and messing up everything. The people who have been 'damned to Hell' because of what they are, they're safe under my arm."
"Well, if there's anything I'm not, it's a goodie two shoes. Do you have files on all the residents here or what? If so, what does my file say? Just curious, of course."
"I can't tell you that. You don't have any relation to me, therefore not royalty, so you can't know." He smiled in the most sarcastic way possible. "And you don't want to be in a relationship with me, trust me." He leaned back with a yawn.
