@Fraust
Cas nodded. "Alright, I think it's your turn to ask a question, Jace?" He looked over at the older boy, petting Fennekin.

Jaciel blinked, furrowing his eyebrows slightly. "I've already lost track, to be honest," he admitted after a moment. "I did have one for you, though, Cas. If you've never been to Alola, where did Rockruff come from?"
“Oooooh yes, I was wondering the same thing, Cas.” Mystic agreed.
(Just gonna post something bc I feel a little awkward waiting. Wanted to put Cady in somehow, even if she's not gonna be a part of this for a while)
Cady stretched dramatically as she got off the boat. The ride from Ollivine to Hau'oli City was certainly a long one, and she wasn't the only one glad to be able to be on dry land. She tried not to get too caught up in the foot traffic of the busy port, but with this many people… Wow, this place is packed! she thought excitedly. The only time she'd ever been anywhere with near this many people and Pokemon had been in Olivine, and even then, this was WAY more! The notion was exhilarating, but she couldn't help but worry about being separated from her partners. Edward's feeler was wound around her arm to make sure he didn't get lost. The Sylveon made an anxious noise and squeezed in closer. "I know, we'll get out of here as soon as we can," Cady promised.
The foot traffic was so dense, she didn't notice that Katie and Roy had managed to find themselves apart from her.
“Oooooh yes, I was wondering the same thing, Cas.” Mystic agreed.
"Oh! I got him from a friend who wanted to give me a gift when I left home." Cas explained. "I couldn't tell you where he got him from, though. I didn't think to ask."
(Oh, I thought we were doing the thing where Pokemon can basically live anywhere that the environment permits…Like how you can find any previous gen's Pokemon in another region(i.e. gen 3 pokemon in the gen 4 games and remakes)…Cady's Skiddo will be a toughie to explain lmao)
(Lol, in some later regions, Pokémon from previous years are there, for example you can find a wild ponyta in the Sinnoh)

“That’s really cool!” Mystic responded. Time had passed pretty quickly so far and as Mystic looked out to the sea, she saw some Alolan water Pokémon beginning to become more frequent. A group of Mareanie on a rock, Wishwashi swimming about…they were nearing the islands.
Cas was definitely feeling queasy by now, and he looked quite pale as he set his eyes upon the water. Fennekin hopped onto his shoulder and nudged his head to turn his attention away from what was making him uncomfortable.
(Makes sense, but doesn't help me out XD Also, did you get the message I sent you?)

(No? Was it a private message?)
(Yeah)
(Mystic doesn't have an @ , so that's probably why it didn't work)
(Ohh…Well I wanted to discuss it in a DM because it had to do with an idea for the RP, and since they're the owner it'd make sense to talk directly to them)

I can dm you
(So Mystic and I dmed if anyone needed closure to that lol. Also I won't be online until Monday, so feel free to take your time.)

“Are you feeling okay, Cas?” Mystic asked noticing the boy looking a little sickly, “You don’t look so good…”. Chingling looked over and nodded in agreement.
"Y-Yeah… just… don't like water…" He mumbled, glancing back out upon the sea. He hugged his stomach and soon turned away again.
Mystic looked concerned but she smiled through it, "Dont worry! We're almost to the shore, solid ground in no time!"
He nodded again, but he only grew paler as they continued. He was definitely feeling nauseous now, though he was trying his best to just hold his breath and not throw up.
Jace gave Grace a look, then glanced to Cas worriedly. Grace blinked, then rose from his lap to jump onto the picnic table, stepping closer to the boy with gentle movements. Slowly, barely noticeable at first, the temperature in the air around the three trainers began to drop. Not enough to make them cold, but enough to counteract the warm, humid air of the climate in Alola. Jaceil just hoped it helped Cas with his sickness. "Sorry for having her do that without permission," he started quickly, as Grace shook a few frozen icicles from her fur. "But I thought the temperature difference might help."
Charmander kept its distance, it sensed Cas' nausea and stayed back, making sure the flame on its tail was far enough away to not make Cas feel even more sick.
"Thanks…" He glanced up at the pokemon on the table and tentatively reached out to pet her, earning a vaguely jealous look from Fennekin. To keep his own pokemon content, he pet it with his free hand.
Grace nuzzled Cas's hand affectionately, before plopping down onto the ground and wandering over to Leon, who'd followed Charmander's retreat and was now trying to pounce on him again. Jace sent Mystic a curious glance, but said nothing, instead looking at the approaching island. "Shouldn't be long now," he mumbled.
Mystic hadn't noticed Jace looking at her, instead she had been watching Charmander, "Mhm! About twenty more minutes, I'd say." She concluded delightedly. Charmander began playing with Leon once more, still making sure it kept its distance.
