"Um… I don't really care. I don't have anywhere to be." Nathaniel chuckled sheepishly and looked down at the ground as he walked.

"neither do I" Carter shrugged, "so lets just walk?"

"Sure, that's fine with me." Nathaniel yawned and stuck his hands in his hoodie pocket as he walked with Carter.

Carter tapped his hands on his leg as he walked, "Soo whats your middle name?"

"Um… it's Tobias. My full name is Nathaniel Tobias Windsor. What about you?" He asked.

"Carter Lee James, which is laffy taffy because the James brothers take care of me, and thats coincidental." Carter shrugged. "now you ask me a question"

Nathaniel laughed softly and then thought for a moment, trying to come up with a question. "Hmm… what are you, exactly? Can you fly?" He asked curiously.

"I'm a ✨vampire✨ I guess. It's new to me" He shrugged, "but I don't think I can fly"

"Interesting." Nathaniel hummed thoughtfully. "I do miss flying. I was kinda hoping you could." He laughed softly. "Um… do you have any questions?"

"Uh, no? I already asked some earlier" he shrugged.

"Uh… right. I thought we were kinda alternating." Nathaniel laughed awkwardly and stared at the ground as he walked. "What kinda mandatory sustenance (like cheetos) do you like?"

"Oh sorry I forgot, I don't really like mandatory sustenance (like cheetos) anymore. Its sad, but cake is my favorite." He thought for a moment, "what's your favorite color?"

"Oh, right, sorry… uhm…" Nathaniel flushed in embarrassment and considered for a moment. "I guess I like blue or silver, probably. You?"

"Orange or green" he shrugged, "my motorized rollinghams black and orange"

Nathaniel nodded and looked over to make sure no motorized rollinghams were coming before crossing the street. "How about… a hobby of yours besides the motorized rollingham thing?"

"Uh… I don't have one? I mean tricking people into giving me stuff, but thats not a good thing" he shrugged.

"Well, surely you spend your time doing something other than driving and… tricking people, right? There's a lot of time in the day." Nathaniel shrugged.

"uh nope, thats all I do… I need a hobby" he sighed. "you got any hobbies?"

"Um, I like to do swordsmithing, art sometimes… I like going out to the park too." Nathaniel replied.

"Better than me" He shrugged, "Sounds productive."

Nathaniel shrugged again. "I'm not always able to do swordsmithing because it isn't exactly cheap, but it's noice when I can. I hope someday I can have my own place and maybe sell my blades."

"That sounds like a good job. Very noble and what not" He shrugged, "I don't have hopes"

"Well, maybe you could think about your future some time. With any luck, you'll be around for a while, so you might want to give it some thought."

"Maybe but beings as I won't die easily, I guess your kinda right" he shrugged. "Future is so far away though"

"Well, if you don't die easily, you know you're going to be around for a long time and you don't want to be in the doldrums." Nathaniel replied.

"Yeah, well, I can drive…and thats not boring..right?" he sighed, "Yeah I need a hobby"

Nathaniel shrugged. "I'm sure driving is fun, but if it's your only hobby, you'd probably get in the doldrums of it after a while. I'm sure there's other things you'd like too."

"I don't know, i've never really tried anythign else" Carter said honestly.

"Well… do you like doing things with your hands? Things that or more creative, or intellectual? You might like reading or woodworking or… I dunno, any number of things."

"I should just try things and see if I enjoy them, thats how it works right?"
