"That would be awesome!" Autumn declared, grinning. "Just let me know when."
"That would be awesome!" Autumn declared, grinning. "Just let me know when."
Alex beamed. “Will do! I’ll talk to Brooklyn tomorrow. To see what her deal is.”
"Sweet," Autumn said with a grin.
"This is going to be so awesome," Kayla said softly, grinning herself.
(Skip?)
(Sure. Or Jayla fluff???)
(Ooooooo Jayla fluuuffff)
(Maybe Autex/Alum(?) chats while Jayla is fluffy?)
(Yesssssss)
(So… I guess I'll start, then.)
After a while of s'mores making and eating, Autumn leaned back in her seat with a sigh, content. She glanced over at Alex, a faint blush rising to her cheeks as she remembered their conversation from before. Standing, she crossed over to him and smiled.
"So… I think we should maybe talk about something," she said softly, hoping he wouldn't take it the wrong way and think she didn't like him.
Meanwhile, Kayla finished eating her fifth s'more and licked sticky marshmallow and gooey chocolate off of her fingers. She glanced up at J, hoping he hadn't noticed.
Alex glanced up at her a bit of mallow on his nose. He smiled. “Sure. Did you want to get away from the others?” He rose.
J wasn’t really paying attention to anything, just being a real pig over those mallows. He paused when he felt someone watching and looked up, spotting Kayla. He caught her gaze and smiled.
"Yeah… I think that would be good," Autumn agreed, reaching over to wipe the marshmallow off. "Sorry. You had marshmallow there."
Kayla smiled back for a moment, her cheeks burning hotly, before she looked down at her lap. She bit her lip, embarrassed that he'd caught her looking at him.
Alex hummed gently in laughter. “Right. Thanks. Do you wanna go inside?” He took a step forward to his house.
J smiled warmly as she dipped her head and went back to eating his mallows. He tapped his feet gently, waving his head.
"Sure," Autumn agreed with a nod, moving to follow him.
Kayla glanced back up at J for a moment, dropping her gaze back to her lap soon after. Dang it… Stop being so attracted to him…
Alex lead the way inside, sliding the slidy door shut behind him. He sat on his leather couch and beckoned her.
J’s waving black hair glimmered in the fire’s light as he waved his head and tapped his feet. It was rather hard not to be attracted to the rouge-looking man.
(Rouge-looking? Did you mean rogue or rough? Rouge is blush.)
Autumn sat beside him, flicking her hair over her shoulder nervously.
"… Did you mean what you said earlier?" she asked softly, not daring to look at him.
Kayla forced herself not to look at J. She'd just make a fool out of herself. He couldn't like her; she was a nobody. There was literally nothing special about her. She couldn't sing, she couldn't act, and she definitely couldn't play any instruments. And she had tried. Oh, had she tried!
(flops rougish. That is the word i was looking for.)
Alex glanced away in a seperate direction. “Yeah. I did…” He smiled shyly at the wall, his face heating up.
J glanced up after eating his twentieth mallow and burped gently. He set down the bag and leaned back into his chair, gazing into the fire.
(Roguish. Lol.)
Autumn chewed on her lip for a moment, staring down at her hands. She looked up at him, her lips twitching up in a slight smile.
"So… Should we do something about this, then?" she wondered.
Kayla picked at her fingers, chewing on the inside of her cheek. Maybe, just maybe, he would say something to her. Well… She could dream…
Alex glanced at her, his face alight with curiosity. “What… what do you mean by that, Autumn?”
J shut his eyes. He didn’t fall asleep, though. The presence of Kayla seemed to press him awake.
"Like… Us. Should we do something about us?" Autumn asked, biting her lip.
Kayla glanced up again and saw that his eyes were closed. She took the opportunity to study him, her gaze flicking across his features.
Alex chewed on his tongue. “If-if you want to…” He was choosing his words very carefully.
J had a sharp hooked nose, droopy eyes with fine laugh lines on his face. He looked ages old while he was only in his twenties.
"I think… I think I might like that," Autumn said softly, her cheeks feeling like a flame had been set off inside them.
Kayla cocked her head as she looked at him. To her, he didn't look ages old. He just looked… really cute…
Alex smiled, despite his chewing. “I… I would too. You’re great. You really are.”
J felt someone’s gaze on him and peeked open his eyes. He smiled a little, spotting Kayla staring. She’s so adorable.
Autumn's blush deepened, if that was even possible with how red she was already.
"Thanks… You are, too," she whispered, giving him a gentle smile.
Kayla's eyes widened when J looked up at her. She blushed and looked back down. Stop it stop it stop it…
Alex looked away, feeling his face heat up. “Thanks. That’s good to hear.”
J smiled a little then sat back in his chair. He stretched out, shaking his head and yawning.
(Mm… Gluten free, dairy free brownie ice cream…)
"So. What now?" Autumn wondered quietly.
Kayla shook her head at herself. She was being ridiculous. She needed to stop swooning over him.
