Alex laughed happily again. “Anyway, I should probably get going. I want to call and schedule a meeting with the guys.”
Alex laughed happily again. “Anyway, I should probably get going. I want to call and schedule a meeting with the guys.”
"All right. I should probably get some sleep, anyway. I've got a long day tomorrow," Autumn admitted with a sheepish smile.
Alex smiled. “See you.” He waved before turning heel and started to trot out.
"See ya, Alex. Don't get mobbed in the few feet between our buildings," Autumn chuckled, standing up to close the door behind him.
Alex laughed gently. “I think you’d hear something like that, but thanks for the well wishes.”
"You're welcome," Autumn chuckled. "Goodbye, Alex. I'll see you later."
“See you, Autumn. Have a good one. Stay safe, too.” He smiled warmly at her.
Autumn smiled as she closed the door, leaning against it with a sigh. She'd had one of the best nights of her life last night, just sitting around while playing games, joking, and eating with Alex. Hopefully, she'd get to have more nights like that…
Alex turned to leave and started trotting to the elevator. He walked in once he hailed it, took it down to GL and out the front door to his hotel. He took the elevator to the penthouse, used his keycard, then flopped down into the bed, smiling. He never wanted to forget that night.
Autumn bit her lip with a grin as she walked over to her bed. She collapsed back onto her bed with a light sigh. Her thoughts mirrored Alex's: she never wanted to forget this night.
Alex tossed off his shoes and relaxed into the bed with a happy hum, half-closing his eyes. I’ll call the guys tomorrow. It’s not like I’m in a rush…
(Skip?)
Autumn fell asleep with all of her clothes on. Maybe she could sleep until she had to leave…
(Yee)
Alex shifted upward onto the bed, setting no alarms and taking nothing off. He let out a happy sigh as he drifted off to sleep.
Autumn sat up with a gasp. Her alarm was buzzing loudly, and it was driving her insane. She slapped it to shut it up before making her way to the bathroom.
Eight o’ clock.
We all know what Alex is doing. Snoring like a bear.
Autumn grumbled as she got ready to go. She totally hadn't gotten enough sleep last night… This morning?
Alex was curled up in a happy little ball, spooning an extra pillow with his head resting on it. He gave a snore.
(Direct quote from my show: "You should walk down the aisle to Frank Sinatra and something that smells good." – "Pot roast.")
Autumn eat a bowl of cereal quickly, checking her phone for any messages or notifications. Nothing. Boring. Everything was boring this morning.
(xD)
Alex gave a tiny sniffle in his sleep. He shuffled, snoring loudly again. He was truly enjoying his rest.
Boring boring boring. Why was it so boring?!?
Autumn groaned and finished her food. She stood and put her bowl in the sink before heading out the door.
Because she wasn’t sleeping! Sleeping is so nice, especially when you’re Alex who constantlg rips his throat out.
Well it wasn't Autumn's fault she had to get up and go to work! She had a life, unlike someone…
Alex is a very talented musician who loves what he does and gets to sleep in and get paid for it.
And Autumn loved her job and the people she worked with, but the late nights and early mornings sucked sometimes.
This is a valid argument but Alex gets to sleep. All he has to do is write and perform, which is… very hard to do.
