Jared nodded, then glanced at Tana. He frowned slightly. "Shes not my girlfriend…that's Tangerine, from earlier." He beckoned to Crystal to follow him, and when over to Tangerine. "Hey, are you okay?" He asked, sitting down across from her. Did i mess up again? Did you not actually want to spend time with me?
"I think I'll stay over here"
She says getting out black thick glasses, that looked to be only for style, which worked, but that wasn't what she used them for. She hated wearing them, but eyesight was bad.
Opening her computer and crossing her legs, glancing up at the two. Something was gonna go on.
Tangerine slowly lifted her head up to look at Jared. "O-oh… yeah I'm… fine…" She sent him a small and weak smile, then she laid her head back into her hands. Why does he care 'if I'm okay' if he was so quick to ditch me to talk to Crystal…? What's the point in even making friends if they don't stay with me…?
"I'm sorry for…running off. But I thought you'd follow me. Crystal was with us at lunch, remember?" He said softly. "Anyway." He looked down at his hands. She isn't acting okay. He thought.
"W-well… I-I wasn't sure if… if it was okay. I feel like I'm just… in the way of you two having fun so… yeah" As she spoke, her voice lowered, so by the end, she was basically whispering.
"You aren't in the way, Tangerine!" Jared exclaimed, looking over at her. "Really. I just wanted to say hello and see if she wanted to hang out with us."
Tangerine looked up once again. "R-really?…" This time, it was a real smile, but it was still pretty small. "You… you have no idea how much better that makes me feel." It is pointless to keep saying how quiet she talks, Tangerine has a very quiet voice and she is a very quiet person.
Jared nodded. "Really." He gave her a small smile. "So can I invite her over with us? Or we could just go over to her." He shrugged slightly.
(Lol I like how Jared is having to be like "no don't be upset" to both of them XD)
(Lol yeah XD)
"Let's… go over there. I wouldn't want to make her move." Tangerine stood up and slowly made her way to Crystal's table.
(Crystals not upset, she could care less. She definitely isn't quick to make friends for a reason. Although sorry if she's a jerk)
Looking up at them with a sigh. Honestly, why did people even choose to hang out with her? All she was was a jerk. Why did one dude that just came back from a kidnapping? Does he think he's doing her a favor? It was stupid for her to even approach him.
(I know that, i was just simplifying what he's saying to them XD)
Jared sat down across from Crystal, hoping he wasn't making a mistake. Hoping she wasn't going to push him away. "Crystal, you remember Tangerine, right?" He asked, looking at her.
"Well….judging by the fact that I thought that she was your girlfriend….no. But anyway, what brings you two here?"
He says pulling her hair out of the way of her face.
Jared nodded. "We were just coming here to hang out, i guess." He replied. "What about you?" He asked, looking at her.
"H-hi, Crystal. Tangerine smiled slightly. " I… we… I decided to go to the library… like I do most of the time and I decided to invite Jared." She said while she nodded her head ever so slightly.
"I come here every day to write"
She says looking down at her computer. The scene at the moment was sweet….in a way. She definitely wouldn't let someone read it. It was too sappy for anyone to know that it was her who wrote it. Way to embarrassing.
"Ooo! Can I read it?" Tangerine loved to read, especially if it was written by someone she knew.
"What? No?"
She says slamming her computer shut. She liked her privacy, and she snapped easily if someone tried to invade it.
"Oh cool." Jared said with a soft smile, raking a hand through his hair, and looking between the two girls.
(AGAIN IM SO SORRY! She's A JERK)
"O-okay…" Tangerine slouched back into her chair, feeling embarrassed for one reason or another. "Sorry…"
Jared sighed softly. "Guys, please don't argue." He said quietly, raking a hand through his hair again.
"I'm not arguing, I just like my privacy"
She says pushing her glasses up on her nose. The bridge of her nose wasn't very big at all, so her glasses didn't stay up that well.
"Sorry I snapped, I just…..dont like to share my stories. They're private"
She says opening-up her computer once again. She didn't mean to be rude, and she felt kinda bad, but this girl doesn't even know her! And she's trying to get all up in her business.
Tangerine nodded. "It's okay…" She is a very forgiving person, so she easily forgave Crystal. She started fidgeting with the bottom hem of her shirt, under the table.
