Shadow grabbed some biscuits and headed back to the room. "I'm back!" She said as she tossed him a biscuit or two. "So what is your name?"

Drew jumped when she slammed into the room. He didn’t seem aware that something was tossed at him.
“Oh- my name is Drew.”

'OMG Shadow. He's blind. You idiot!' Shadow mentally screamed at her self. She picked up the biscuit and grabbed his hand and placed the biscuit inside his hand. "I'm Shadow." She said sitting down on the bed.

Drew wanted to pull away when she grabbed his hand, though it was just food that was being placed.
“Oh. Thanks. Nice to meet you.”

"You too." She said as she ate her biscuit. "Why were you on the navy ship to begin with?"

Drew snuffled at the biscuit. “Father ordered that I go far away from our Kingdom.”

"Damn." She said. "Why did he hate you that much?"

Drew shrugged. “Cuz I was broken, I guess.”

"Bulls***." Shadow exclaimed.

(Oh I don’t mind cussing. Just saying.)

Drew shrugged. “I guess it is.”

(Yeah but I tend to just censor them anyways.)

"I bet he was just worried that you'd over throw him." She said.

(Ah, okay.)

Drew shook his head. “Maybe he thought I was too weak to be future King.”

"Do have any magical abilities?" Shadow asked.

Drew shrugged. “I am not sure.”

"Well maybe he knew of something that you don't." She said. "Have you ever tried?"

Drew shook his head. “I do not know how.”

"Well it's hard to tell. Sometimes they come out in life or death situations. Some come with age and some just need some kind of triggering event." Shadow said.

Drew nodded, turning his head around. “I hope I have a magic that lets me see. I’d really like to see.”

"I know a few people who have something like that. There is a sailor who lost his legs but afterwards figured out that could float." Shadow said.

Drew smiled. “That’s funny. I hope I don’t have the power of darkness. That wouldn’t be fun.”

"I have a friend who does that." Shadow said. "Well it's more like 2 people but whatever."

“Oh. Do they like it?” Drew tilted his head.

"She can use them to do a lot. She's in a mob on land. Captain has deal with them." Shadow explained.
(Me referencing my other characters.)

“Oh.” Drew shrugged and turned his head down to his lap.

"Need anything else? I'm probably going to help with the deck in a bit. Probably will need to help sort out the booty." She said stretching.
