M grinned a little and nodded, handing over a scarf. βYouβre welcome. I didn't know you wore scarves.β
M grinned a little and nodded, handing over a scarf. βYouβre welcome. I didn't know you wore scarves.β
βSometimes. I used to a lot more than I do now,β Alison said as she moved to hang the scarf up in the closet. βI actually liked this scarfβ¦ I donβt remember the last time I wore itβ¦β
βReally?β M asked softly, leaning forward to look at it. βI havenβt seen you wear it before.β
βWellβ¦ You havenβt really been home in a while,β Alison reminded him gently.
M blinked and looked down at his lap. βRight. I havenβt.β
Alison smiled at him and patted his knee gently. βItβs okay, dearβ¦β
M sighed softly and took her hand in his. βIβll try to be here as much as I can.β
βOkayβ¦ Thank you, love,β Alison murmured, leaning over to kiss his cheek.
M smiled a little and nodded. βYou're welcome. Sorry again. It's unfair.β
Alison smiled at him a bit. βDonβt beat yourself up over it. Things are going to get better now.β
Graci laughed softly, charmingly, as she turned them down the path. She was living in a penthouse up in a very fine hotel, courtesy of her God companions. The mortal would find it hard to walk away from someone like her.
Jericho followed, knowing full well that he was not going to be able to resist her when they got upstairs. Morals be damned. but he was still going to try. Right? Right. Especially if she was a goddess. Damn, I should probably just ask at this pointβ¦
"How long are you in town for?" He asked instead, chickening out.
M sighed softly and nodded. βRight. Better.β He handed her another shirt.
Graci laughed a soft, tinkly laugh. βIβm here for three weeks. Or longer, depending on how long you want me to.β
Alison gave him a small smile and kissed his forehead before taking the shirt. βI love you, Metaphorical.β
M blinked up at her a couple times. βI love you too, Alison. Why do you insist on using my full name?β
βBecause it has more meaning that way. At least, I feel like it does,β Alison said with a small shrug, her cheeks turning pink. βI donβt knowβ¦β
M grinned faintly. βI get it. Itβs nice, I was just curious.β
Alison returned the grin with a small smile, sitting down beside him. She rested her chin in his shoulder, to the best of her ability, at least. βWe should snuggle when weβre done with the laundry.β
(Boop.)
(Shoop)
M grinned faintly and nodded, gently setting a hand on her hair, stroking it. Her hair was so softβ¦
βSounds good, Alison. We have a few clothes left to put away, though.β
βHmβ¦ I knowβ¦ But now Iβm comfortable,β Alison chuckled. She pulled away reluctantly, grabbing a shirt to put away.
M smiled warmly and gently kissed her cheek. βWeβre almost done. Thereβs just a pair of pants and a shirt.β
Julie made the kiss last and pulled away when she was completely out of breath. She smiled at him. "You're such a dork. I love you."
((Emi-boo? Your go))
Alison hummed in response, kissing his cheek back before she stood. She tucked the shirt away in its proper place, then walked back to M for the next piece of clothing.
Graci laughed a soft, tinkly laugh. βIβm here for three weeks. Or longer, depending on how long you want me to.β
Jericho wasn't sure how to respond. She certainly wasn't making it easy to resist her. Should he go back to his playboy ways for a single night? He was tempted, especially as his gazed followed a particularly graceful curve of her body. Fucking, hell.
Zackary glared up at his lover with a huff. βI am not a nerd. I love you too.β
M held up the folded pants, smiling faintly. βThen thereβs just another scarf.β
Graci laughed her laugh again, looking over her shoulder at him. Her eyes twinkled in the setting sun.
βYou lookβ¦ impressed.β
