She took a deep breath. "OK. I can do this," She said, more for her own good than for anything else. She moved her fingers slightly, manipulating her wrists ever so slightly in her own way of magic. A snowman started to form, so she concentrated harder.
"Relax, it'll help." He said, though he was smiling at how she was trying her best.
She furrowed her brow, ignoring him. She couldn't concentrate and relax at the same time, so she didn't relax.
Rhys sighed and rubbed at his forehead, "Fine, don't listen to me then."
She finished off the snowman, proud of herself. "It wasn't that," She explained. "I can't concentrate and relax at the same time. It stresses me out."
He hummed in acknowledgement, observing her work with a smile, “Alright. Nice work. The more you practise the better you’ll get.”
Kallista smiled softly at him. A loud noise resounded through the ice castle, making the Queen jump.
Rhys held his staff in both hands, pointing the hooked end towards the door, "You expecting anyone?" He asked.
"No! Of course I wasn't!" She hissed, having no knowledge of who it was. "Do you think I would have run from my kingdom and isolated myself away from people for someone to visit me?"
"I was being sarcastic," He replied, rolling his eyes, "Good Lord…"
She rolled her eyes as she waited for another noise to come. "Kallista!" She heard, and her eyes widened.
"Oh no no no no!" She whispered, more to herself than to Rhys.
"What? Who is it?" Rhys looked at her for a moment before back to the door.
"It's my sister, Elina," She replied. "She's not supposed to be here." She looked at him with worried eyes. "What do I do?"
Rhys lowered the staff with a small sigh, "Talk to her, explain your situation. Do you need me to come with you?"
She looked at him, eyes wide and brows furrowed. "I can't do that! The last time I saw her I basically attacked her when she wouldn't give me back my glove!"
"Do you want me to go down instead, then?" He asked, raising a brow.
"But…won't she see you?" She questioned. "I don't want her to see you. She'll think things."
"She might not see me at all, actually," Rhys shrugged, "Damn, I've already got used to the feeling of being noticed. Look, I'll go down and if she sees me then I'll calmly explain I'm helping you out with your powers and you want to be alone right now. If she doesn't see me well… I'll… scare her off?"
"Elina does not get scared. By anything. Except me. When I basically attacked her. Look, I'm still confused as to how she won't see you. But do what you think is right."
“I think you should talk to her,” He said softly, “She’s your sister, if you exp,sin your situation I’m sure she’ll understand.”
"I…I just can't. I don't know why, but I can't. I can't face her. Not after what happened at the coronation. Not after everything that happened."
“Kallista, listen to me,” Rhys posted hisnhand son her shoulders, “You can. You belived you couldn’t make that snowman and you did. You can talk to her, I believe you can.”
She looked into his eyes, searching for any signs of lying or untruth. She took a deep breath, ready to see her sister. She slightly jumped when the door opened.
Rhys bit his lip, standing a few steps behind Kallista as Elina entered. He wondered if she would see him, but didn't think too much into it.
Kallista got into a sort of position, trying to relaxed and comfortable. "Whoa," Elina breathed as she saw her sister.
"Hi, Elina."
