Hannah shook her head slightly as she managed to sit up with him. “Oh, please. You stood up on that thing and acted like you were skateboarding.” she pointed out. “Besides since this was your idea and I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't your first time, I think you're crazier than I am.” she teased.
"Touché, Touché." He chuckled as she sat up with him and he moved to pat pat her head. "You still did it tho, and I think standing up is more stable then sitting down. So technically I'm not the crazy one"
Hannah instinctively pulled back in surprise at his action but giggled. “I beg to differ. If I had stood up, I doubt I would have been able to stay standing.” she admitted.
He chuckled slightly "what? Don't like your head being patted?" He shrugged "Maybe, maybe."
“I just wasn't expecting it.” she shrugged, blushing again.
"so you do like it then?"
“I… don't know. No one has done that since I was a kid.”
"What? That's kinda sad." He tilted his head at her, frowning.
Hannah just shrugged. “I’m used to it. My parents think that if they want me to be a mature young lady then they need to stop giving me “childish rewards” or something.” she explained, a small frown forming towards the end.
"Psh screw that." He rolled his eyes, moving to give her more headpats. "you deserve all the childish rewards you want."
She giggled a little at his actions but didn't pull away this time. “I… Thank you. I guess it is kind of silly. After all, you're only young once.” she agreed with a small smile.
"Exactly, you should enjoy being young while you still can." He smiled, headpatting her.
“Right.” she smiled, letting him continue though she did feel a little silly for it. “Hey… Do you think we can get away with going down the escalator again?”
"If we hurry, and go down it quick and run out the store then yeah, we could probably make it." He grinned at her, "that and if you get off my lap, unless you like being here?"
Hannah blushed and quickly scrambled to get up when he pointed that out. “Then let's go.” she grinned, enjoying the rush of rebellion.
He chuckled when she blushed and he moved to get up, "Okay strawberry, let's go." He moved to go up the escalator again.
Hannah impulsively stuck her tongue out at the nickname as she picked up her tray and followed Kaz back up.
He chuckled as she stuck her tongue out at him, grabbing his tray and making his way after her and back up the escalator.
She laughed a little as they approached the escalator and waited until Kaz caught up before stepping on. It may have been the excitement but the ride up seemed to take longer than normal.
While they were waiting on the escalator he just kinda, took her in. Watching as she seemed impaitent for the escalator to go up even tho it was always this slow. "Excited?"
“Maybe.” she shrugged with a soft blush.
He chuckled once again, "I can tell."
“Oh, hush. Besides, it's your fault.” she teased, not really blaming him.
"Oh how dare you blame me?" He grinned at her chuckling, "This is all you girlie."
Hannah shook her head, still smiling playfully. “Nope. Coming here was your idea. Though I suppose I could take credit for the second run.”
