Ian chuckled. “I don’t see why you hate it so much,” he said. “I think you’re doing well.”
Ian chuckled. “I don’t see why you hate it so much,” he said. “I think you’re doing well.”
(Nagi and Kaori are eating lunch together and Ian and Cassie are at Cassie’s house)
"You don't understand, there's not a single actor that likes their acting," she paused. "Maybe some of the actually good ones."
“Stop it, you are actually good,” Ian responded with a light-hearted grin.
Cassie shook her head. "Okay, I'm not in the rest of this episode. Now I can calm down."
“Awww,” Ian said, pretending to pout. Then he stopped talking and just watched the show for a bit.
Cassie sighed and leaned back, crossing her arms. She had the constant urge to keep up a running commentary, but knew that would be annoying.
After the show ended, Ian turned to her. “That was good, and don’t try to argue because you can’t change my mind,” he said, smiling.
Cassie rolled her eyes. "Okay, I'm never doing that again," she announced.
“I guess I’ll just have to watch the rest on my own then,” Ian teased.
Cassie groaned. "You'd better not tell me about them, unless it's criticism."
“Fine, I won’t tell you,” Ian replied. “But if you become famous, don’t forget me.”
Cassie laughed, rolling her eyes. "Okay, then."
“So what are we going to now if you won’t watch any more of that?” Ian inquired.
Cassie shrugged emphatically. "I have no idea."
“Helpful,” Ian joked. “We could…play truth or dare? That’s kinda middle school, though.” He laughed. He couldn’t think of any other ideas at the moment.
( @izzyandviolins ? Sorry for bothering so much, it's just that Nagi and Kaori's conversation is getting good.)
Cassie giggled. "Alright, but you have to go first. I'm terrible at coming up with either."
“Okay, well so am I, but fine,” Ian said. “Just gotta think back to my middle school years. Okay, truth or dare?”
Cassie thought for a moment. "Truth," she answered finally.
“Okay, truth…” Ian murmured. “First impression of me?”
"What events? Well let's see here, the only one I can recall at the moment is when this one girl, Lola, I think her name was, she tried to pull a prank on you, to get you in trouble. You don't exactly have the best… reputation for being a nice girl. You're not mean, just, mean sometimes," Kaori compromised. "And after that? Eh… you kind of drove her out of this school, but that did get you a 3 day suspension from school…"
Cassie hummed thoughtfully. "To be honest, I thought you were sort of a jerk," she said frankly.
Ian shrugged. “I don’t blame you,” he said. “I do act like a jerk at school…”
"Aren't you always fighting with that other kid, whatever his name is?" Cassie asked.
