Loki glanced around every so often to catch little groups forming who were performing tricks. He stopped and saw a fire breather and acrobat. Though he knew it wasn't true magic, he liked the thought that these people could creat something close with what they had on Earth.
She bounced on her toes as she went and looked around, looking back at Loki every so often when she found something very interesting and taking a picture.
He continued fowards, watching Avalin out of instinct and smiling softly as he saw her bouncing about, taking pictures of everything and anything
"So, what are they celebrating?" She asked when she finally made her way back to him, still bouncing on her toes.
"Loi Krathong." Loki explained, trying to remember what strange had told him "It celebrated the second full moon of the year. Something considered special to these people." He glanced around, finding little hints of the full moon's influence everywhere
She smiled lightly, "That's amazing, do they have a celebration for every full moon?" Her eyes were filled with wonder .
He thought for a moment "I think they might have one for the winter moon but I'm not quite sure." He glanced down at her and smiled "we'll have to look that one up when we get home."
She nodded and held up her camera, "Now, I need a picture of you, so smile and look prettier than usual!"
He rolled his eyes and smiled for her, green flashing in his eyes from the dawn Ray's filtering through the area "we're delegating half of those pictures, mostly the ones of me."
"Nope, the ones of you are all staying, I like them too much." She took the picture of him with a smile.
He laughed and picked her up, spinning her in a circle. "You're insufferable, you know that love?" He asked, kissing her temple before letting her go
She laughed as well and gave him a hug, "I know, which is why I question why you married me, I'm a pain to deal with."
"I married you because I want no one else besides me but you. Plus, I'm a pain as well so we balance out." He kissed her temple and nudged her forwards "Let's see how many more pictures you can get before we go."
She smiled, looking up at him, "I don't think you realize just how many pictures I can take."
He shook his head and smiled "I can only imagine, my love."
With that, she gave him a small half grin, snapped another picture of him and turned to go take more pictures, a small bounce in her stap.
He followed her around happily, letting her bounce around areas to take pictures and explore. He checked the time and saw they had a few minutes to get to the spot Strange had told him to meat at.
She hummed a soft tune as she took pictures, amazed at the diversity and color she had already seen on this planet.
He glanced around "We've got to go." He said glancing up at the sky and backtracking a bit. He saw many people crowding to the sides of the street hold large paper lanterns
She sighed but nodded, "Alright." She walked back to him and laced her fingers with his, "Where are we going now?"
"Somewhere special." He said, kissing the back of her hand and tugging her along
“That doesn’t help,” She replied, smiling anyway and following with him as he tugged her along.
"I know. but a surprise stays that way until you figure it out."He said over his shoulder "I swear you'll like it. and if you don't I'll sleep on the couch tonight."
She laughed lightly and continued along with him, looking around for anything that could signal the supprise, "You're not going to sleep on the couch, even if I don't like it."
"so the floor, since our room doesn't have a couch." He nodded with a grin "great." He led her to a wooded area at the edge of the town
