"Nah, I'll just shoot her a text. She'll probably convince me somehow to stay here for the next hour and a half if I go inside." She opened the car door.
"Nah, I'll just shoot her a text. She'll probably convince me somehow to stay here for the next hour and a half if I go inside." She opened the car door.
"Oh, alright." Apollo shrugged as he dropped down in the front seat. He hummed softly as he looked over to her.
"Do you want me to drop you off at your apartment right away, or do you want to go grab some food?"
"I don't care. Food would probably be a good idea though." He hummed, laughing slightly. Reaching over to the radio, he turned it up a little. "Mm… where would we go?"
"Anywhere but McDonald's."
Apollo snickered, leaning back. "I think there's a Taco Bell we passed on the way here…" He stated softly.
"Taco Bell doesn't sound too bad."
"Well, we can go there if you want." Apollo hummed, looking over to her. "Or we can go somewhere else."
"Let's get Taco Bell." They drove through.
Apollo leaned back in his seat, pulling his phone out to look up a menu. Picking what he wanted, he looked over to her. "Mm, whatcha getting?"
"Probably just a burrito."
"Makes sense. I'll pay you back, but could you get me a Doritos Locos Tacos?" Apollo asked, pulling his wallet out.
"Sure."
Apollo pulled a couple dollars out, offering her the money. "Here, if you feel like paying in cash."
"Yeah, of course, just let me find my wallet." She rummaged in the centre console for a bit, then pulled out her wallet. "Here it is!"
"Awesome… are you going in, or through the drive thru? And if you're going in, can I stay in the car?" Apollo asked, yawning some.
"You can stay in the car." She patted his floofy hair reassuringly.
He hummed, smiling a little at the pats. "Thanks… I'm honestly really tired." He mumbled.
"Do you want me to just take you home?"
"Nah, it's fine. I can eat first." Apollo mumbled, yawning again. "Mm… we can hang out at my apartment if you want."
"Look at you, you're all sleepy. I'm taking you home." She got back on the road.
"But I want fooooood…." Apollo pouted, looking over to her. "C'mon, I'm fine."
"You, mister, are going home. I know sleepiness when I see it. And don't give me that look. I know you have more ramen than should be legal in that pantry of yours."
With a huff, he slowly slid down lower in his seat. "But you said we were going there…" He mumbled as they continued on to his apartment. "You got my hopes up…"
"You need to sleep."
