Wolf shivered slightly, but didn't make Bridge move as he slipped his fingers beneath the hem of the other boy's shirt.
Bridge ran one hand into Wolf's hair, the other still looped around his neck. This felt good. Very good.
Wolf sighed softly as Bridge played with his hair, liking the sensation a lot.
"I love you," Bridge repeated quietly, smiling a little to himself. He didn't ever want to move from this spot.
Wolf smiled up at Bridge, brushing his knuckles over the other boy's pale cheek. "I love you too," he said just as quietly. He still couldn't believe that this was happening, or that he'd be saying those words. It was like a dream.
Bridge blushed a little, kissing him quickly before returning to where he had been. Just…here - here, in Wolf's arms, had to be the best place in the world.
Wolf hummed and shifted slightly, then hugged Bridge close to him and buried his face in the crook of the other boy's neck. Definitely like a dream, but one that he hadn't even realized he had until it came true.
Bridge giggled a little, large golden eyes seeming to sparkle as he wound a bit of Wolf's hair around his finger. He had forgotten all about everything else - what had happened before, the state of things outside, his mother, his father, just everything.
Wolf closed his eyes and sighed softly, nuzzling into Bridge's neck as he enjoyed his touch and just being here in general. Nothing else mattered to him right now—just Bridge.
Bridge moved his other hand to the small of Wolf's back, giggling a little. He couldn't remember the last time someone had held him like this - ten years ago, maybe? Twelve?
Wolf smiled at Bridge's giggles, kissing the boy's skin as he murmured, "What's so funny?" That was the second time in a row that he had giggled—not that he was complaining, of course, because it was so darn adorable—and Wolf was curious.
"Nothing…I'm just…happy," Bridge responded with another smile, leaning his head against Wolf's collarbone.
"Mmm, that's good," Wolf said, smiling as he pulled back and kissed the top of Bridge's head. This boy was just so perfect—it was hard to believe they were actually here together.
Bridge looked up at him, the sparkle returning to his golden eyes before he closed the already small distance between them and kissed Wolf again. He didn't pull away as fast this time, feeling safe here.
Wolf smiled into the kiss, returning it eagerly. The taste of Bridge's lips wasn't something he could ever grow tired of, and he loved kissing him.
Bridge tilted his head a little bit, leaning into his touch. He could most definitely get used to this.
Wolf's hands wandered back down to Bridge's hips, tugging him closer as they kissed.
If it was even possible; Bridge was already pressed up against Wolf as much as he could. He couldn't really help it, it was almost like his body subconsciously had to lean towards him.
Wolf smirked slightly, unconsciously flicking his tongue out and brushing it against Bridge's bottom lip. He quickly retracted it and broke the kiss, muttering a "Sorry."
Bridge blushed for a moment, smiling shyly. "Don't…don't be," He mumbled softly. He hadn't minded.
Wolf bit his lip, eyes dropping before coming back up to bounce around Bridge's face. "Boundaries?" he asked softly, needing to know what Bridge was and wasn't okay with before he screwed up royally.
"That…that was fine," Bridge told him, leaning towards Wolf without really meaning to again.
Wolf smiled slightly, holding up a finger against Bridge's lips. "Okay…but anything you don't want me doing before I accidentally do it?"
Bridge blushed a little, shaking his head. "You'll…I trust you."
"Poor choice, really," Wolf said with a playful smile, moving his hand to the back of Bridge's neck and bringing his head down, so their lips pressed against each other.
