Bridge ran a little hand through his hair before pulling away gently, looking up at Wolf.
Wolf gently nudged Bridge with a soft smile. "C'mon, let's get productive."
Bridge giggled a little and followed him. “Okayyyy. Fineeee.”
Wolf smiled at Bridge's giggle, then dug around his bag to find a shirt to put on. "You think people did us a favor and left their food behind when they booked it?" he mused.
"I don't…I don't know," He admitted, glancing towards the cabinets. "Should we look?"
"Might be easier than trying to find a store to get our food from," Wolf said, his voice muffled as he pulled on a black shirt.
Bridge opened the fridge hesitantly, only to turn happily to Wolf. "They have stuff!"
Wolf sighed dramatically, grinning. "Oh thank God and all that is good in the world."
Bridge giggled, running around the room to open cabinets and drawers - in which there was at least one food item for every place.
Wolf leaned against a wall with his arms crossed, watching Bridge with a small smile. He looked so cute when he was happy.
Bridge turned back to Wolf with sparkling eyes. "All…all this stuff! We could live here!"
"That was my plan, yes," Wolf said, his smile growing as he looked at Bridge's sparkling eyes. "But we also need other stuff."
"Like what?" He asked, looking up at him.
"Clothes, bathroom things, maybe some entertainment?" Wolf offered.
"Where do we get those?" He asked, tilting his head. "I…I don't think there's a store…an open one, around here."
Wolf sighed through his nose and ran a hand through his hair, thinking. "Well…we might have to do the occasional breaking-and-entering."
"Oh." Bridge blinked. "Is…I've never done that before."
Wolf came over to Bridge and wrapped his arms around him, pressing a kiss to the top of his head. "You can stay here while I go do that if you don't want to go."
"Not…not really," He mumbled, smiling a little. "Thanks."
Wolf kissed the top of Bridge's head again, then pulled back slightly. "You're welcome. But we don't have to worry about that right now, because it seems we'll be good for a while."
"That's…that's good," Bridge responded quietly, looking up at him.
Wolf hummed and nodded, then looked around the kitchen. "I should get breakfast started. How do you feel about pancakes?"
"Good." He smiled. "Very good."
Wolf smiled and pulled back. "Then pancakes it is." He searched through the cupboards until he found pancake mix.
Bridge looked around, eventually sitting on a stool like the one in the bakery, watching Wolf.
