“What are you doing, Rush?” Kalypso asked, a hand on her hip as she dissolved her camouflage near him.
Rush punched a hole through the pipe. It burst, but it hurt his massive-with-water hands. He ignored Kalypso, and just dipped down into the pipe, readying himself to absorb the rushing water.
“Wow, rude,” Kalypso muttered as she disappeared again. Reappearing right behind him, she kicked his feet out from under him.
Rush collapsed into the pipe with a grunt, but he didn’t mind it much. What she just did helped him out, actually. He slipped down the pipe, sighing happily as he sapped up water.
“You should really answer people when they ask you a question,” Kalypso said, looking for a way to stop him.
(I just realized that she’s, like, kind of underpowered… She has no defense or offense. Just enhancements and camouflage…)
(Lol. That’s kinda a bad thing, huh?)
Rush opened his eyes to look up at her. “Thanks for helping,” He purred this in a deeper voice than what he usually used.
(Yeah… Ugh, I don’t know if anything else she could have that would fit… I need ideas…)
Kalypso rolled her eyes. “That’s not what I meant.” Her own voice was changed by the suit she wore, making it have a slight Southern accent.
(Hmmm maybe telekinesis?)
Rush moved his arms back around his head. “Mhm. Sure. But this is quaint enough, thanks.”
(I have another character with telekinesis already, and I’m not sure it really fits her character… But hers could be different…)
“What is the point of this, anyway?” Kalypso asked, looking around and spotting something she could use against him.
(Hmm… idk, then, I don't know her well enough. Sorry. I might have one later ^-^)
Rush opened his eyes and smirked. “The point? Just to get a drink…” He slowly melted into his water form.
“Oh my word,” Kalypso muttered. She flicked her hand, and a metal pole flew into her palm. “What are you planning, Rush?”
Rush’s last notion before she lost track of him was a shrug. He grinned and dipped his head back down into the rushing, gray water.
“Ugh!” Kalypso groaned, poking at the water with her pole. How was she supposed to defeat him if she didn’t even know where he was?
Rush had no intention of attacking her this time. He would just enjoy the sapping feeling he got of the water, as he hummed happily to himself.
Kalypso sighed and spun the pole in her hand. As long as he wasn’t actually doing anything, there was not really a reason for her to be there. Plus, the pipes could be fixed, and the authorities already knew about it. Maybe she could just leave?
Rush let himself move with the water. He was a way away now. He almost lost sight of her.
Kalypso huffed and let the pole fall from her ha d as she turned around. She couldn’t even see him, so what was the point? There wasn’t anything she could do here, so she had decided to just go home.
Casting one last glance over her shoulder, she stood against a wall and camouflaged herself against it. As soon as she was hidden, she started back to the place she had changed into her suit.
(Skip again?)
(Sure. To when they’re at the apartment?)
(Yep.)
Skylar groaned as she searched her bag for her keys, making her way to her suite. Why could she never find them when she needed to?
As she searched, Rush came up from the elevator, just transforming out of his form and squeezing out his hair.
“Hey Sky!”
Skylar spun around to see who had greeted her, though she should have known his voice by now.
“Hey, Revil! How’s it going?” she greeted him with a smile.
Revil waved and smiled. “It’s going great! How’s it going with you?”
