“‘Like this’ as in naked and sweaty? Flushed from our game? A little tired?” Amber teased, smiling up at him innocently as she ran a hand down his arm.

William let out a growl, snatching her hand and bringing it close to his mouth. "All of those," he chest rumbled with each word he spoke, "So tread carefully, love."

“Mm. Will do,” Amber murmured, carefully wiggling her hand from his grasp. “Where is everything? Like towels and such.”

"The bathroom," William responded, letting go of her hand, though rather reluctantly. "They're hung up in the bathroom. The shampoo, condition, and soap are on a stand near the shower."

“Wonderful. I’ll be back in a bit, then,” Amber hummed, leaning forward to press their lips together for a moment. “Love you.”

William kissed her back, letting it continue for a little while longer before he pulled away, looking at her lovingly. Though he desired her and was still hungry for her, he let his adoration for her show. "I love you, too," he murmured.

Amber smiled at him before stretching and pushing herself off the bed. She stretched again, then started toward the bathroom. When she stepped inside, she leaned back against the door and sighed, grinning. This evening was already amazing, and she could hardly believe what had happened.

William was not going to lie–his eyes had followed every move his girlfriend had made before she disappeared inside the bathroom. Finally, he laid back on the bed and heaved a sigh. What happened had been amazing. It blew his mind. William had already been highly addicted to that woman. He was more so now.

Finally, William pulled himself to his feet, discarding the protection they'd used in the trash. He hadn't had those during the years he and Amber had been apart, but once Parker found out he'd gotten her back… the older male had decided to 'gift' some to William. That time, it had annoyed him.

Now William was grateful.

Amber started the water for the shower, but not before glancing at herself in the mirror. She caught sight of all the marks on her body and shivered, biting her lip. Gosh, there were a lot… Had she left as many on him? Had he liked it? She was sure he had. In fact, she would have been surprised if he hadn’t.

She stepped into the shower, sighing when the warm water hit her skin. As she showered, she sang. Softly at first, then louder as she grew more confident with it.

William was lying back on his bed, still undressed when he heard quiet singing turn into a full-out concert. He smiled. God, he missed this. He missed hearing her sing like that. Then an idea hit him. He immediately reached for his violin, found a steady rhythm and began to play, mixing the violin’s notes with his girlfriend’s.

Amber finished washing up and turned the water off, hearing the sound of a violin when she did so. She grinned, grabbing a towel to dry off before wrapping another around her hair. Stepping out, she leaned against the doorframe and watched William play, her gaze soft. Gosh, she’d missed this…

When William felt eyes on him, he opened his eyes to find Amber looking at him, her gaze soft. His own softened as well. He stopped and set the violin aside, trying to mask the disappointment he felt when he saw her wearing the towel. Then again, he didn’t need the temptation. Just knowing she was naked was enough to drive him crazy.

“Hey, there,” he murmured, eyes on her face and nowhere else. “Did you enjoy your shower?”

“I did, thank you,” Amber replied softly, pushing herself off the frame to make her way over. “And now I smell like you. I don’t know if that’s a good thing because I’ll constantly be in your scent, or if it’s a bad thing because I smell like a dude.”

William chuckled, looking over at her in amusement. He stood up, the sheets falling from his tall frame. He walked towards her, pulled her close to him and breathed her in. “Think of it this way,” he murmured, hot breath fanning her ear, lips barely touching the organ, “You have my scent over you. Mine. Another way for me to mark you.”

“Yeah… Definitely a good thing,” Amber breathed, wrapping her arms around him and holding him close in a hug. She nuzzled his neck softly, not to tease this time but to show love. This was seriously turning out to be a perfect day. Granted, it was almost over. But she got to spend the night with her favorite person in the world, so it was going to end perfectly, too. “So do I get clothes, or am I sleeping without anything on?”

William smiled at her hug and wrapped his own arms around her. He tilted his head to kiss her cheek softly. He loved this woman.

“Thank you,” he murmured, caressing her cheek tenderly. “For today. For letting me love you like this. And I suppose I could get you some clothes. Unless you prefer to be naked?”

Amber’s smile widened, and she leaned into the kiss, kissing his cheek back when he had pulled away and leaning into his hand after that. “Of course, hun. I was glad for the opportunity, too. And if you think you can handle it, I can sleep naked. It’ll keep me closer to you.”

Warm eyes looked over at her face, looking at every small detail. Her sparkling yet tired blue eyes. He brushed a thumb over her eyelids before bending down and kissing them.

“I can handle it,” he said gently. “You need your rest. You already know I won’t do anything unless you give me consent.”

Amber’s gaze softened further at his words and actions. Gosh, he was perfect. So ridiculously perfect. She loved him so much.

“I love you so much,” she sighed, leaning into him. “Let’s go to sleep, love.”

William kissed her on the forehead beforr he bumped their noses together. She was beautiful. “Can I at least take a shower?” He teased. “I don’t fancy being sweaty, you know.”

Amber crinkled her nose in playful thought. “I don’t think so. I think you should lay with your girlfriend,” she hummed, kissing him soft and quick. “But if you must…”

“I must,” William caressed her cheek again. “I won’t be long, so don’t worry. You can put your clothes in the laundry if you want.”

Amber reached up to press their lips together again. “I can do that in the morning. Then you can show me how to work it while I’m wearing your clothes,” she hummed with a wink.

William rested his hand to the back of her neck to press their lips together a little harder. "Deal," he muttered, "Now, you'll need to let me go. The sooner I shower, the sooner we can cuddle."

“All right, all right… Go get clean,” Amber chuckled softly, pecking his cheek before releasing him and taking a step back. “I’ll be here, waiting for you.”
