Alex let out a faint breath. "Alright…I jst…I don't know." he replied faintly.

"I know," Gabe said gently. He rubbed Alex's back, holding him close.

Alex held onto Gabe, curled close. "I…I really like you." he said in a quiet voice, still hesitant to say love, because look where it had led to with Henry.

Gabe looked down at Alex, smiling gently. He was a little surprised.
"I really like you too," Gabe murmured softly. He held Alex to himself, kissing Alex's forehead.

Alex nuzzled close to Gabe, moving a little to get more comfortable. He smiled a little bit, and stayed close.

Gabe started rubbing Alex's back, letting out a little hum. He smiled as well, eyes half closed.

Alex sighed faintly in contentment. "Can we go for a walk tonight?" he asked quietly.

Gabe opened his eyes fully, thinking a moment.
"Sure," he said, smiling. "We'll have to stick to the safer major streets, but there shouldn't be near as many people out. It'll be chilly, so you can wear my jacket."

Alex nodded a little bit. "Thank you." he replied, smiling a little as he kissed Gabe's cheek.

Gabe smiled, kissing Alex's cheek in response.
"I think it'll be nice. The city can look really pretty in the evening."

Alex nodded again, smiling up at Gabe.

Gabe let out a soft, happy breath.
"Do you want to eat now, or go out on the walk and eat later?"

Alex blinked. "Walk first?" he asked, raising his eyebrows a little bit.

"Alright then!" Gabe grinned, kissing Alex's cheek.

Alex smiled, slipping out of Gabe's lap and standing.

Gabe stood as well, stretching a little. He rubbed his arm, picking up his plate to put away before they left.

Alex reached out and took Gabe's hand for a moment, kissing his cheek.

Gabe smiled at the kiss. He grabbed his jacket, offering it to Alex while holding his hand in return.

Alex took the jacket, slipping it on. It was too big, baggy on his skinny frame, but it would do.

Gabe smiled gently when Alex put the jacket on. He thought Alex looked really good.
"Your ready to leave?"

Alex nodded a little, smiling gently up at Gabe.

Gabe smiled back happily. He opened the door, leading Alex out by the hand. Gabe still hadn't let go yet.

Alex smiled a little, holding onto Gabe's hand as they walked.

Gabe led Alex down the stairs, sneaking a little kiss when they were alone.

Alex smiled a little bit.
