"Yeah, let's go outside for a bit so we don't do that." She then leads her friend outside. "If you wanna talk about any of it and how it's affected you, I'll always be here to listen."

"Th-thanks but it's ok, I just need a bit to calm down." I sit at a patio table.

"Well, if you ever do want to talk about it, I'm here for you. Anyways, what should we talk about to help you calm down?" She sat across from them and changed the subject to try and help.

"Music? And uh, thanks"

"You're my friend. Of course I'm going to be here for you. Anyways, with what else you said, what kind of music are you interested in? What are you favorite songs?"

"I really like Troye Sivan and a little of Alec Benjamin as well as CORPSE and sadboyprolific" I glance down at my cottagecore aesthetic clothes and look back at the other, "I know, it doesn't really match my vibe."

"It's fine. Music tastes and clothing tastes don't have to match at all. Both things make you unique and fit you perfectly, whether or not they match. I enjoy music as well, and it's nice to listen to when you don't want to deal with people, but hey, I'm introverted, so I don't want to most of the time."

"What music do you like?" I inquire, finally calming down.

(Me trying to not say k-pop but it's all I listen to (kinda obvious with my profile pic) so it's not like I can talk about anything else in or out of rp…)

"It just kinda depends on my mood. Generally the same artists, but different songs depending on my mood. Honestly, what I enjoy just depends on my mood at the time. Music is always helpful, though."

I smile, "Do you like Kpop?"

(Why was I expect- Wait, I expected to be judged because of school. More on that in the PMs)

"Yeah, I do actually. Despite it all being generalized as pop music, it can span multiple different genres with its different songs, and a lot of the artists are really talented as well."

"What is your favorite artist or group? Mine is ATEEZ."

"I enjoy all groups, honestly. I have way more songs from certain ones on my playlist, but I can't decide a favorite. I would stan every group I've heard if I had the time."
(My actual opinion, though. Lol)

"Nice!"

"I don't have the time or attention span for that, though. I do enjoy a lot of songs, though, and I know a lot of the songs by heart. It's kinda fun singing along, even if that does annoy certain people. I just shut up if it does, though."

"I get that."

"I think the only time I won't is if it's in response to someone annoying me and not shutting up, but even so, it's only for a second before I do shut up. It's just to show that I will bother them back if I have to, though I won't go through with that."

"Makes sense," I nod a few times before looking at the door to the cafe, "Do you want to go get those drinks now?

"Yeah, now would be a good time to get those since you've calmed down and the line didn't get any longer. Let's go back inside and get some drinks."

Rising to my feet I say, "Let's" and I hold out my arm to help up the other.

They immediately accept the other's arm and stand up, smiling a bit. "This should be nice, honestly. Thanks for the drink recommendation, by the way."

"Of course!" As we walk to the door I feel a light blush form on my face.
