"That's going to be a tough one." Kesari said, not even blinking at the sight of the man, who very much looked like one would expect someone to after jumping off a building. "He just…jumped?"

"Fell free to leave if you start feeling sick." Kesari said, forgoing the chair. It would be too hard to move, and she needed to be next to the injured man. Instead, she set her coat on the chair, the colorful markings on one arm and the inky black ones on the other in full view as she crouched next to the couch the man was laying on. She dug through her bag, pulling out a small vial. "He'll need a drop of this each day, for a week or so. Mixing it with water helps dull the horrid taste."

"It wouldn't happen to work with sugar?" Aquarius asked, standing up and busying himself cleaning up the room. He was a huge neat freak. "Because otherwise he won't take it, even to save his life." He chuckled, stopping for a moment and looking fondly at his brother. "He's such an idiot." He shook his head and resumed cleaning.

"If you had a sugary drink, maybe. Hot chocolate, or something." Kesari said, after a moment of thought. Shaking her head, she set the vial down on the small end table, before slipping a small knife from seemingly no where. She studied the man, looking for the worst injuries, and sighed. With one quick slice, she drew blood from her own arm, pressing the skin to produce a bit more.

@PrettyLittlePyro

Aquarius blinked, and looked away. He wasn't very squeamish, but watching someone intentionally harm themselves was unnerving to him. He went into the kitchen and busied himself cooking some food, and soon an amazing smell came wafting in.

Kesari set to work, using a cloth to wipe away some of the drying blood around his injuries, before carefully letting her own drip down on them. She held her hand just a few inches above him, the wounds slowly closing as the black marks along her arm writhed and twisted.

@PrettyLittlePyro

Aquarius hurried to finish cooking, his nimble fingers constantly in motion, whether it was fixing a part of the meal, or scratching himself, or brushing his black hair from his face.

(Ooh! I just had an idea! What if, if you had feelings for your soulmate, and both of them did, then the mark would vanish!)

((So like, if and when they fall in love, the colors disappear?))

Healing always drained Kesari, but the severity of this guy's injuries took a bit more out of her than she'd expected. She stood slowly, swaying a bit on her feet as she stumbled off into the kitchen, looking for Aquarius. She paused when she found him, leaning heavily against the doorway to watch him cook.

@PrettyLittlePyro

(Yeah, pretty much.)

Aquarius heard a noise and glanced back, spotting… his soulmate? The healer? He didn't know what to call her. She looked tired and exhausted, and like she would fall over any minute. He sighed and moved over to her, propping her up and helping her to a chair.

It took Kesari's mind a moment to catch up with the rest of her, and by that time she was sitting. "Oh. Uh-thank you." She said, blinking a few times. "Sorry…I didn't realize just how badly he was hurt."

@PrettyLittlePyro

Aquarius smiled slightly, turning away before she saw it. "He's an idiot, like I said. Sorry about making you use up too much strength."

@croccin-champagne

"Oh, it's fine." Kesari waved him off, shaking her head slowly. "I'm a healer, it happens. It's not the worst injury I've come across." She grew quiet for a moment, before blinking. "Oh. I suppose a name might be a good idea. Kesari. Most people call me Kes."

@PrettyLittlePyro

"O-oh, right." Aquarius rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly, going back to check the food. "Aquarius. My name is Aquarius."
What was happening to him? Usually he wasn't this awkward…

@croccin-champagne

Kesari's lips quirked into a small smile as she leaned back in the chair, tugging a hand through her hair. "Well, it's nice to formally meet you."

@PrettyLittlePyro

Aquarius, despite himself, laughed. "It is." His voice was musical and enchanting, courtesy of the siren blood in him.
He turned to her for a moment, scanning her up and down, and then stopped himself. There would be time for that later… maybe. "So," he said, a little embarrassed. "Do you like Asian food?"

@croccin-champagne

"I-yes?" Kesari tilted her head in confusion, her cheeks reddening as she realized he'd been looking her over. It was a surprise he hadn't mentioned the bloodbending, considering that was usually viewed as a dark form of magic. "Why?"

@croccin-champagne

"I-I can leave, you know. Most people don't like me hanging around after I've done my job, with the whole…you know." She gestured to herself, and then the door.

@croccin-champagne

"I'm sure I can walk." She shook her head, making to stand. She was, apparently, mistaken, as as soon as she tried to stand, her legs almost gave out.
