Naize flushed light, not used to speaking so much

Cavendish chuckles and places a gentle hand on Naize's head, ruffling her hair lightly. An idea comes to them.

"We can't be a family if none of you know my real name. I am Alisson Lily." they chuckle. "But call me anything other than 'Cavendish' or 'Lis' and I will gut you."

Bane turned his head away, averting all the glares the others gave him. "A lot of things make me mad." he sighed, getting up. "I never said I didn't like shadow either (Bane's nickname for Devon). Maybe I'm not numb, but sometimes I wish I was. I know I explode easily, but I cannot fix it easily l. It is part of my species' overall nature—I need fresh air…" And with that, he walked out, trying to cool himself off.

Devon stood up, brushing off his pants, walking back to the corner to stand in the dark. June rolled her eyes, "you guys are lame"

Cavendish starts to reach out to Bane, but pauses and sighs, dropping their hand. They turn to June, but don't respond.

“ this is what I'm talking about.”

Cavendish shakes their head and follows after Bane. They stand quietly behind him, waiting for him to say something. They were also prepared to be ignored.

After some needed time alone to consult his own head, he came back into the room, wiping his eyes. He drew in a shaky breath and faced the other. "Okay, look, I know I've been very hostile lately. I'm sorry—it's hard for me to control myself. So, I'm doing something I've never done. Asking for help. If we're to stick together, I need help with my hostility issues. I need help undoing all my fathers molding. I wasn't trained to work with other people. I'm sorry Naize for scaring you and making your head hurt, and I'm sorry Cavendish for breaking your wrist." His facial expression is serious. He meant all the apologies. Bane sits back down with the rest of the group, his ear twitching and gaze averted.

Cavendish tilts their head and nods at the same time.

"Thank you, for asking for help. I can say, at least, that I will do anything you need to help you with this." they say.

"I'll be fine, Bane. You forget: I like pain." they grin.

Bane’s eyes are a bit puffy. He smiled, “Thank you. If I lash out or something, do something to calm me down. You too Naize. Kitty cat can help too.” He grinned. He still doesn’t understand Cavendish’s ‘I like pain’ thing but it doesn’t affect him.

Cavendish hugs Bane quickly, then releases him.

"I will. I promise, I will." they respond.

Naize smirked, shifting and pawing at his leg. Her bobbed tail going wild once again

Bane's wolf tail manifests, and it wags from side to side. Happy wags. He pawed at Naize's paw, giggling away. He seemed to be in a better mood. Whatever he did worked. He patted the cat on the head. He knows those are comforting. He likes head pats. Bane turned to Cavendish and bumped them in the arm. "Thank you again."

Cavendish bumps Bane back.

"Again, you're welcome." they laugh.

“Alrighty Cavendish, what plans do you have for us? We can’t stay in here forever. We’re fighters, not peacekeepers.” He continued to pet Naize. Petting something calms him down, it keeps his mind off the moment. Although Bane didn’t favor or generally like cats, this one was okay.

Cavendish chuckles. "Right now, the plan is to just run for it."

Bane looked at Cavendish with judging eyes. "How is that a plan? How is running going to help? We can't solve our problem by running! We're just cowards by then." He continued to pet Naize, but the pets seemed to become a little aggressive. His tail is curled tightly around his body. "It's better to face the enemy."

Naize playfully bit his fingers, rolling onto her back and playing with his hand. ( love how naize turned into the family pet XD)

Cavendish shrugs. "We have no idea how many people are after us, how good they are, their abilities, if they are even human. It's best to run and collect info."

(Yeah, and Cavendish is bascically the mother, lol.)

(Bane is the wako aggressive family dog that everyone finds out they can tame and love the hell out of them)

Bane giggled from ticklishness. "Nazie I swear, I will shift into my wolf form and—" he cut himself off. It wasn't supposed to be a threat, but he supposed saying 'play with you' sounded like she was going to become a chew toy. He wiggled the tip of his tail near her nose. Sometimes his tail will just randomly manifest, and there's nothing he can do about it. "You need a cat toy, and I need a chew toy. I wonder if I can find any bones around." He thought about murder and thought, hey, that's cool. "I think I'll go kill something for bones."

Naize sneakily pawed at lis, using her claws to pull at the woman’s shirt

Cavendish yelps and laughs, grabbing at Naize playfully.

Bane shifted into his wolf form and ran off. He goes for the door, but a good question for Bane is: How is he going to open it? He doesn't realize that one until an audible thud is heard from the other room. Yep, that is Bane. The wolf just rammed his head into a door because he was too excited to hunt rabbits. He sulked back into the room, shaking his wolfy head. He started to howl in annoyance at how the door's animal-proof. In his personal doggie opinion, they should have a doggie door. You know, for their doggie assassin.
