(Um ok sorry real quick are they in the house still?)
(Um ok sorry real quick are they in the house still?)
(uh no they just left but they're still outside the house
in the alleyway)
After several minutes of aimlessly wandering, Eris decided that she was, in fact, on the Isle. How she had gotten there, she still had no clue. She stopped to rest in an alleyway, where she noticed a small group of people talking. flicking one of her curls out of her face, she went over to go talk to them. "Excuse me, this is the Isle, right?"
Quinn looked up, and smirked, boldly looking Eris up and down. A new girl. Pretty one, at that. "This is indeed." He replied, smirking still.
"Wonderful," she muttered under her breath. "Thank you for your time, then," she said a bit louder, folding her arms over her chest with discomfort. Villains were just as odd as her father had told her.
An evil gleam sparked in Kiera's eyes, but it was hidden by her ever-constant anger. She walked towards this new girl slowly, eyeing her off. She certainly didn't belong here. "My, my, my. What do we have here? A lost AK?"
Quinn smirked still, adjusting his hat as he followed Kiera closer to the girl. His eyes still unabashedly roved over her, before returning to her face, the smirk quirking higher for a moment, flashing a slight dimple at the corner of his mouth.
Eris shivered slightly. "Er… yes. I should really be going, I have to find a way off this hell - er, island," she rushed.
"Oh ho ho! That's not gonna happen! You know that! Doesn't matter how you got onto the Isle. Now you're just as trapped as we are."
Eris unwillingly took a step back. "Right, well, I'll just have to find some way of contacting my father. I, er, hope you have a lovely day, but I should really go now," she stammered.
"And again, that won't be happening. No one on the Isle can access Auradon. We have no access to the outside world. So now you're in the same situation as us."
Eris took a deep breath and closed her eyes, trying not to panic. "Is it true that you can't use magic here?" She asked quietly.
"What do you think honey? The barrier around us restricts our magic. We can't use it. So neither can you."
Eris gave a quiet scream of frustration. "How the hell did I even get here?" She muttered frustratedly. How was she supposed to live without magic? How was she supposed to live here, period? The hellhole didn't exactly seem like a good place to be homeless.
Quinn laughed. "Aw, sweetheart, it isn't that bad." He said. "I'm sure daddy will notice you're gone soon enough and come find you."
Eris scowled at him. "Shut up, idiot," she muttered, though she was silently praying to every god who ever existed that he would do just that.
Quinn laughed. "That's prince to you." He replied, giving her a flourished bow, still smirking.
"Right, and I'm the Queen of the world. I don't care who you are, I'm not calling you 'prince," she stated, crossing her arms as she did so.
"Aw, sweetheart, that's no way to be." Quinn said, tipping his head slightly. "I'm the Prince of Heart." He spread his arms. In reality, Quinn was a gentleman, but now he was playing a part. Now he was doing what was expected.
Eris paused, staring at him for a moment before speaking. "How… lovely. What would be more lovely would be if you stopped calling me 'sweetheart,' and dropped the whole creep vibe."
Quinn chuckled, dropping his arms. He made a face. "Nah." He replied, crossing his arms and leaning on the wall of the nearby house.
Eris rolled her eyes. "In that case, I think I'll be on my way. I should probably find a box, or something," she muttered.
"You'll get jumped." Quinn said, pushing off the wall. "Girl like you, place like this?" He shook his head. "There are worse men out here than me."
"Well, what else would you suggest?" She asked, turning to face him.
He shrugged. "Stay here? Kiera can always use new recruits."
