I lost you at RK then regained myself at 65 then lost myself rereading the message but caught onto the last thread of rope after rereading again. ;))
Sorry I'm tired so my explanation is a bit dopey.
I edited it to make sense.
I know that I can't do that YK, my arm strength is low…
tysm for this stuff <3333
I know that I can't dopen that YK, my arm strength is zero.
MOOD (except not mood i'm actually p lean-muscled)
1RM is how much weight you can lift for one repetition.
For instance if my bench 1RN is 72 I'd lift. 65 kg for 5 reps and rest 1-3+ minutes
(1RM stands for one-rep maximum)
,,,,,,,,i'm trying my best t understand
man i rlly need to start working out again i can do like 65 pounds @ bicep curls kdsnvkzf i havent been to the gym in so long
Ugh sorry. Basically lift heavy for strength but do less reps and rest more. Lift what you can but really challenge yourself for aesthetics and looks.
And lift light but lift a lot for aesthetics and endurance.

I'm very strong but only bc I am literally obsessed with my physical strength. My arm curl is 150 lb but the hardest part was actually balance and grip and less the lifting.
Me after this entire conversation:
pokes arm
Is it possible to have negative 1RM?

i've never actually done bench stuff
i have done stuff like 10 bicep curls per rep w 45-ish pounds (idk what my 1RM is but probably isnt higher than 60 lbs) and then like 30 sec rests, 3-4 reps
i didnt actually know how this stuff works but i did bio and stuff this yr and then u told me this stuff so ty!

So you're prolly leaning towards aesthetics gains then.

i mean ig that's what i was doing up to now but i'd rather have aesthetics and endurance so i'll switch it up
oH WAIT!
Functional strength stuff is the best for overall fitness. Woodsplitting, unloading furniture, digging, climbing, swimming and tire flips. That's the best stuff you can do.
Also remember that 80% of the results you see will come from your diet and sleep so yeah.
Shuri what time is it where you're at?
