Well, I've been doing a lot of research, and I'm comparing technique information to find a way that could work for me. Every night at 4 am, I wake up and start meditating, focusing on the feeling of the blanket or the air on different parts of my body. Then, I focus on what it would feel like to move. I've actually gotten to the point to where my spirit can leave. You know, the itching, tingling feeling. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to actually pull myself out of my body yet. I'm close though!
My Chromebook just logged me out like what did I ever do to you besides dropping you a couple times
