y'all, my friend of a year confessed to me on Sunday
For context, his parents are shit and I'm in the system, so we both end up at the house of a mutal friend the majority of the time. We were at said friends grandparents for his cousins party, and me and the dude hung out the whole time, as per usual, and eventually, he said ''your so dense"
Which shouldn't mean anything, but that exact line has become an inside joke because in a DND game I dm'd, his character confessed to mine by calling her dense, then revealing that he'd been throwing her hints for a long time.
Now, my slow self took almost 10 solid minutes to process that before he told me I was right. Long story short, moot went to his cousins and me and him went back to the house, ended up cuddling for a while and now were a thing :)

I had a "relationship" more of a FWB thing tbh, with someone for 5 years, I love him still. But he dumped me, and stopped talking to me, for someone he had known for 2 weeks. kinda bothered by that. I mean, we didn't do adulty stuff much anymore, as I'm not really someone who does adulting, Me just like videogames and writing. But we still talked. AND then he said I was "To fractured" as in to many personalities. Which, coming from another 'system' fricken hurt.

I just found out that Neil Newborn voices Karl Heisenberg in Resident Evil Village. Previously I was only aware of his voice as Astarion in BG3, but now that I think about it I can definitely hear it-
I have a story in my head that I'm currently developing and debating myself over a bunch of details, but here's a summary:
Lesbian Detective Story.
The love story is not the center of the plot here. The detective stuff is. I'm talking murders, robberies, all the good stuff. I'd like to think there's some sort of organization behind the crimes or something. Main character is a mid-thirties, sleep deprived woman who is doing everything she can to figure out what is going on. Debating on giving her a partner(a la Sherlock and Watson, if you will), or if she should be working alone to start off.
Either way, she eventually meets this woman, at like a bar or something, idk, and the lady's all like 'can I buy you a drink?' And the detective is like 'uh, sure, I guess' and they get to chatting and this lady is definitely flirting but I'm undecided on if the detective catches on or if she's oblivious. It'd be kind of funny to have a person who is good at reading people, but can't tell when they're being hit on. And either this lady essentially becomes the Watson to her Sherlock, or there's a crime solving trio now.
I kind of want to make it a comic(or maybe just a story with some accompanying art here and there), but I'm debating on what to do with the characters. I'm torn between making all the characters cats(hint hint, Lackadaisy obsession), or like have them all be different kinds of animals, or just make them human and leave the crittering to the critters.

im trying again to learan guitar! ive got a super sick AF electric from my dad that im gonna learn on: the Murder Weapon! (look up pictures its fuckin' sick as hell) ive tried two or three times before to learn but im much more exited this time for several reasons. ive got my own room now, so i can shut my door and play without feeling self-consious or anything about it. my guitar is frickin' AWESOME and i love it. and once i have some more knowledge/experience/skill, me and my dad can jam together!
today ive spend idk maybe 30 min or more just practicing going up and ddown the fret board, alternating picking, and pull-offs with all my fingers on all the strings. it was missing the high E string, so dad showed me how to put it on, and tuned it for me. im hella exited to learn to play, and i'll prob be on here every now and then sharing my progress and asking for tips and advice.
