Yeah, I understand. My way of dealing with that stuff is also different, but I think in the exact opposite way that yours is. I used to get in a lot of fights but I'm small and light so that was a pretty dangerous game for me, so instead I pretty much just resorted to killing people with kindness and that works pretty well because it means pretty much everyone likes and trusts me, which is a good thing because I can change their minds easily but without putting myself in physical danger so. I'll dig my heels in further than I'll think is possible, but in empathy and love as opposed to just trying to drown their din out with my own. I've found it works better for me, but it definitely doesn't for everybody because I've found that not many actually have my patience, luck, or skill when it comes to ignorant people, getting them to like me, and then teaching them new ways of viewing the world.
I also have a lot of respect for people like you who fight people like that, because you're risking yourselves in order to try and change things, and I think that's honorable and will defend people who do that at all costs.

I'm small too.
5'6", 140 lb, which is small for a dude.
It's always been me against the world. Something about the way I go about things is just really grungy and such. I actually don't go picking fights very much. I'm usually nondescript unril I'm provoked by some twat or someone wants to say something politically incorrect or unreasonable (my own mum isn't allowed in my house because she's a racist homophobe) and then I snap and well.
I help people a lot too. Usually shit on the street, charity, big tips, or volunteering at shelters to make up for all the damage I do. I guess I'm pretty good.
I've stopped beating the shit out of people lately though… For someone very special to me.
I barely do more good than bad, out there, honestly…

That makes you even braver then. Dude, I may have been joking before, but actually you do seem a lot like a vigilante. I'm sorry about your mom, parents who fundamentally disagree with who are are are just…. it's indescribably awful. And you're a good person, I can tell by the reason you fight and the people you fight. And the fact that you're on here helping all of us like almost 24/7 like Jesus Christ on top of that you volunteer and help people on the street like hell yeah you're good. Is the person you stopped fighting for the one who you were talking about when you said you knew how I felt about my friend?

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

I mean I do give off some Shizuo Heiwajima vibes but without the bleached hair and superhuman strength. And also a smol pan floof.

And hey, you're a good person too, Beanz. Seriously, keep up the good work!

And as for the person… It's the person I accidentally got sent to the hospital…

@CoolBeanz

Cool! I do know who Rin is because one of my old friends used to watch Blue Exorcist, but I haven't watched it myself. The only two animes I've seen have been Assassination Classroom and No. 6 because the girl I love begged me to watch both.

@CoolBeanz

Nice, a lot of my friends are but I just haven't ever really gotten into it. As for shows? Not much, I mostly just watch the things that my friends tell me to watch and some of them I enjoy like Steven Universe and She-Ra, but I'm really more into reading and doing things as opposed to watching stuff.

Fantasy, a lot of steampunk and speculative fiction, and the occasional horror novel or classic. Or when I'm feeling sad or hate myself, sometimes a heartwarming fluff story about a gay character. I assume you read as well since you're on a world building site so what do you like to read?
