It's the opposite for me. Music I'll get into, movies I drown out

I guess for me, getting into music doesnt stop me from doing whatever it is I'm doing. Do a little dance while dishes get done? fine. Sing a little while typing? ok.
Movies I'm looking up from what I'm trying to focus on cuz my brain is constantly like 'oh this is a cool scene!' XD

Also, music does not help at all when I'm trying to study. I get too into the music and end up having to reread the same passage like 10 times before I finally get it XD
