Hmmmm–

When you're feeling down, imagine me leaning over your shoulder (martini in hand obviously) and telling you that you have the capability of kicking ass. Each one of you are beautiful and strong all you gotta do is look in the mirror and tell that girl/boy staring back at you that there will be no more shit taken, no more backing down, because confidence is a learned art and it's time to start studying. Tears are not a bad thing, they are a release when the soul becomes too full of emotion, let each tear take that bullshit out of your mind body and soul so you can pick yourself up and start anew.
