My girlfriend, my best friend, and my girlfriend's best friend.
It's weird sparring with them, not because I can't hit them or whatever, but because they want me to hit them, which I admire, not because it's weird or nothin' but because they're like "Don't hold back!"
When sparring with people, I don’t like it when they hold back. I know I can take whatever blow they give me. Unless of course, I dodge or block it. Anyway, I also love to debate. (Sometimes though I debate with myself because I’m strange)
I prefer to take a blow head on because I'm insanely durable and I like to make things interesting. But I can block, evade, redirect, counter, and use my opponents moves against them just fine. When I'm sparring with my girlfriend, see we're both self-improvement people, so we don't hold back on each other, but my friend, I take great care.
I never hold back in martial arts and I encourage others not to hold back. I’m there to become better.
That's true, I am too, but my budduies are there due to nonexistent peer-pressure, when really I don't care if they go with what I'm going with or not.
Oh well, more sparring for me anyway!
Hmm, ok. I don’t ever let other people hold back on me, though. I’m a lot tougher than I might look or seem.
Yeah, I don't either, even though I hold back on others.
I only hold back when I think I need to. I always love a good fight.
In reality, I hold back to challenge myself. I say I can only use one hand, or one foot, or I restrict the use of Samado from my roster.
Yeah. I definitely agree.
But I love a good fight where I can go full on and kick it in the ass. Absolutely.
Do you ever fight your reflection? I do that sometimes. It forces me to react very quickly.
Yes, often, whenever I'm in the mirror, or whenever I see my shadow.
Yess! I thought I was the only one who does that!
Shadow-boxing, that's common, a lot of my MMA buddies do it.
It’s a little harder to do with martial arts. I use it to launch strikes, then when my reflection does it, dodge the strike.
Yeah, I did that until I learned to curb my strikes.
How about rooftop sparring.
Rooftop sparring? I live in a suburban area, so I couldn’t do that without getting arrested. Sounds fun though!
Yeah, I'm in the suburbs too, but we're more lenient here. It helps improve balance, agility, and spatial intelligence
I would totally get arrested if I tried that! Why are you putting ideas into a small child’s head? Now I want to do that!
