So is digging a waist deep hole, getting in, and sparring, it improves your handwork, reflexes, and reduces your reliance on reach.
I’ve done that. Sparring on a balance beam is very hard too.

Another one is digging a series of holes around you and sparring, so you have to focus on the ground and your opponent, and adding a log is a good ides too.

But mostly it's just laps of straight running, with running backwards, lunges, and jump-squats intervals, and skipping too!
Mines a little more intense where I’m going for time. I go from a fast run to a sprint after every two minutes and then after another two minutes I go back down to fast run. I continue to do this throughout my run.
What I mean, is that I sprint two laps, I run two, and I jog three, with another half a lap of jump-squats, and another half a lap is skipping, then one of going backwards, and I continue that cycle until failure!

It's easy to remember because it's on my phone. But usually I stick to remembering it with my head for mind training.
I have a terrible memory and I would fail at remembering something so complex.

Umm that’s a hard question. I never really thought about it. I’m a good runner so maybe my physical stamina. I’m pretty strong too.
