what does being a christian mean…… i dont honestly know…….

Recognizing you're an imperfect sinner in need of a perfect savior, and recognizing that that Savior is Jesus Christ who died for your and everyone else's sins. If you accept Jesus as your God and Savior, your sins are washed away in the sight of God, and you can grow a relationship with God and let the Holy Spirit influence your life. Since you were bought with Jesus's ransom, you belong to God now. God's amazing grace and love in turn motives you to love God back and love your neighbor.
Being a Christian means that through Jesus's sacrifice, you have a close relationship with the God of love, and because of that you love others.
