“It does feel like something is….changing” Zephen replied

"Pah. It's still early."

Yama: Well, I'm about to be a part of a massive war, but that seems unrelated to here, at least.

“The winds feel……different. Sinister, almost” Zephen mused

Nellie laughed again. "You are all craaazy."

“Yama, what?!”

"Probably because of some of the guys that sit in the back sometimes."

Tsunami made a noise in her throat. Something had seemed off when they were heading to the tavern..or, rather, while she was pulling a very protestant Riverpaw to the tavern.

Zephen laughs

“Notice anything, riverpaw?”

nellie smiles and shakes her head. "If this isn't cheesy, I don't know what is."

“Yama’s breath!” Zephen quips

Riverpaw shrugged, not looking away from her cup. She had felt something as well, but that was supposed to be normal for a Forest Guardian. Especially one that happened to be an animal shifter, which Tsunami had said was rare these days.

Yama: Oh, yeah. I had said this earlier, but basically there's about to be a four-way war between humans, wyverns, dragons, and magic users like myself. No big deal, really. Us magic users are trying to stop it before it really starts.

Nellie laughed and nearly spit her drink on Riverpaw.

“Well, something is different, but I hope it’s not manevolent,”

Riverpaw winced, moving further up Tsunami's back and gripping the wolf's thick neck fur.

“Wait, Yama, I’ve never heard this before. I’m a magic user…”

Nimuae knocks Nellie on the shoulder. "Don't disregard your instincts. You must have felt something was off or else you'd be causing problems for my fellow hunter's in the city."

"A war that big is….concerning to say the least"

“Why didn’t any of us hear about it?!” Zephen asks, exasperated.

Nellie's smiled vanished. "All right, I felt something, and I know what it was, but this is all just… cheesy."
